Indeed an interesting episode; yet I’m not quite sure how to explain the story. The death of Louisa’s mother is a mystery. I was constantly changing my mind on who I thought was the “good” character: Louisa or Krystal? By the end of the episode, it seems like both of them aren’t ‘evil’, but a misunderstanding exists between them, that causes Louisa to hate Krystal. As the episode goes on, the timing is set backwards and reveals more and more about how things have become the way they are: Why was Louisa was sentenced to death? How was Louisa was going to marry Ben and how/why the wedding didn’t go ahead.? We learn about Krystal’s past, how she and Sunny met. But what I really wanted to know was how Krystal and Louisa even knew each other. Were they friends? Why did Krystal have to secretly watch Louisa’s wedding from afar? Why wasn’t Krystal invited?
At the end of the episode, Krystal reveals that Louisa is her little sister..so I guess it makes some sense! My prediction is that Krystal and Louisa were sisters separated at birth. Krystal knows Louisa is her sister, but Louisa doesn’t, and for some reason hates her which explains why Krystal was really happy to watch Louisa’s wedding ceremony even if it was from a distance.
What I found weird was when Louisa’s mother actually stood up in the hospital when her leg were supposedly damaged. I thought she was faking it so the wedding wouldn’t go ahead but they didn’t make any reference to it. I’m guessing its Louisa’s father who killed her mother but we’ll just have to see.
