Official Synopsis

Each takes one’s place, does one’s duty. In a hospital, each takes the noble mission of safeguarding life irrespective of one’s position.

Facing his dying patients and FAN TZE-YU (Tavia Yeung), who falls ill during her pregnancy, CHEUNG YAT-KIN (Kenneth Ma) persistently shoulders all the responsibilities, which overly burden him so that he is out of breath. Meanwhile, he re-encounters LOK MAN-SAN (Lawrence Ng), a long-retired medical expert, who has a divergence of opinions. On top of that, TZE-YU suffers miscarriage as a result of a recurring of illness, so she has to give up her career as a surgeon. All of these send massive shockwaves rippling out through YAT-KIN’s journey of life.

In order to make YAT-KIN realize the true essence of not being so persistent and living the day to the fullest, TZE-YU is determined to change her major to learn a new subject. For a moment, YAT-KIN can hardly accept it. However, he notices that YEUNG PUI-CHUNG (Him Law), HUNG MEI-SUET (Mandy Wong) and the others have gradually grown mature, and each of them manages to assume the individual responsibility as a doctor. In addition, with the inspiration and encouragement received from MAN-SAN and TZE-YU, YAT-KIN finally comes to realize that being a doctor is just like a fighter. Only through the awareness of one’s own capabilities and performing due diligence can one safeguard others’ lives.

各司其職，各安其位，醫院內無論哪一個工作崗位，都是保衛生命的鬥士！

面對著垂危的病人，帶病有孕的范子妤(楊怡)，張一健(馬國明)執著地要把一切全都扛在肩上，沉重得令他難以喘息。此時再遇意見不合，封刀多時的大國手洛文笙(吳啟華)，而子妤又病發流產，被逼放棄外科醫生的崗位，這一切都讓一健在人生路途上受到莫大的衝擊。

子妤為了讓一健明白到放下執著，活在當下的真諦，毅然轉科重新學習。一健霎時難以接受，但看著從前的楊沛聰(羅仲謙)和洪美雪(黃智雯)等人日漸成長，各 自成為獨當一面的醫生，在文笙與子妤的啟發下，一健終於明白到一個醫生就如一位鬥士，要知道自己的能力，守著自己的崗位，才能保衛別人的生命!

Official Synopsis

At court, two of the most famous lawyers in town YU YING-WAI (Wayne Lai) and LEE MING-YEUNG (Moses Chan) conduct tit-for-tat attacks on each other by any means necessary.

YING-WAI eventually turns the tide before he is defeated, however, he almost loses his life in the process, which completely alters his perspective on life. Once again going head-to-head at court, the two gradually discover there is something else going on in the case. I’m not sure whether it’s because I haven’t seen TITS1 or because I’m not an Eason Chan fan, I thought both the original and Chilam’s cover were only so-so. Would have been interesting to hear Chilam’s attempt at George Lam’s themesong ^^

Official Synopsis

Happy Birthday to K for TVB!! 😀

Hi everyone!! 😀
I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish K-TVB.net a very happy birthday! ^__^ Perfect timing now that Triumph in the Skies 2 has also reached its finale ^^ I can’t believe it has been 7 years (with more than 6 million hits!) since I first started blogging back in 2006!  What a journey it has been…haha a lot of effort, dedication and hours have been invested into this hobby of mine. Obviously due to other priorities in life, this TVB blog of mine has been more of a side thing of mine these days, but has not been neglected or forgotten ^^ I’ll continue to try put some time aside to blog for my fans hehhe and hope that it will continue to grow for many years to come.

Thanks again to all my readers/followers for your continuous support over the years, especially those who have left comments. You guys know who you are 😉 (I love reading your comments! ) You’ve contributed to making K-TVB.net a  friendly community where we  can share our thoughts on TVB. Without you guys, I’d be talking to myself really haha. If there is no more demand for TVB series or TVB blog entries, there will be no more K-TVB- so let’s try to keep the spirits up 😀 I’d also like to thank chibi for hosting us, for guest blogging Silver Spoon Sterling Shackles late last year and continuously making nice banners for K-TVB.net!

• I guess it’s not hard to guess what happens to the characters based on the below screencaptures ^^ I’m happy for Sam and Holiday but I do feel sorry for Jayden. He seems a bit lonely joining the military!

• This has got to be my favourite scene in the finale- I’ve always been waiting to see a scene where all 3 of them would be in the cockpit together. Watching Jayden and Sam work together to save the flight was so awesome!! ^^ I guess TVB leaves the best til last:)

• I guess nothing really unexpected came out of the ending.

• I felt that these episodes were pretty boring. A lot felt like filler episodes, but when I think about it..maybe it’s because I’m not that interested in the characters and relationships anymore. I want to see more Chilam and Myolie moments though, but they were minimal. I’m starting to feel that TITS2 is filled with lots of mini side plots and relationships and an attempt to pair up every character possible..
• Not much has happened in these episode which I really want to comment about, so I’ll just pick a few that kind of stands out in my mind.

• A small scene, but quite heart-warming to see Nick and Coco still friends and watching how caring Nick still is towards Coco. I hope Coco will regret the decision she made to give up such a great boyfriend!

• Ron fails his Captain assessment the 2nd time, this time because of Josie. Third time failure would mean he can never take the test again.
• I know all will end well with Myolie and Ron, and Josie is completely innocent and unaware of what’s between Ron and Myolie..but sometimes Josie gets on my nerves. It could just be her acting though. Ron starts feeling sorry for her when he found out about her illness (cancer?) and as a result, attempts to help fulfil her dreams and accompany her to do eveyrthing she wants on her “to do list”. I don’t know what Ron is thinking sometimes- was he just going to give up on Myolie for a girl he felt sorry for? P.s That scene where Ron slowly leaned his head on her shoulder when they went to watch the sunset was so fake! lol!!

• Yay for more sibling love! We haven’t really seen much of Chilam in these episodes, especially after Fala broke up with him. He seems to be getting over it and spends more time with fmily. i.e Myolie. Their half sister “Alizee”, who is also a mega fan of Captain Cool, appears although he refused to acknowledge her. I loved that part where Myolie said to Chilam: “Why do you always have to be mean to your sisters?” XD When they learned of what happened to Alizee’s past (through some facebook stalking!) they started to feel sorry for her and finally took her in as part of their family.

• I loved this  airport scene! Alizee was clinging onto Chilam’s arm while Myolie was just walking by Chilam’s side.
• Alizee: “Such a cool and handsome brother accompanying me back for my graduation, it’s going to make all my fellow students envy!”
  Chilam to Myolie: “Look. Alizee is my sister, you’re my sister, she says things which makes me so happy…you-
  Myolie puts a huge grin of her face and grabs Chilam’s arms ^__^ hehe how cute!

• On the other hand, things seem to be developing well between Francis and Fala, almost to the point that something was clearly there. When Francis notices this and overhears other cadet students gossiping about them, he starts to keep his distance as he does not want others  striping Fala’s credit because of their relationship. This disheartens Fala who does not believe what others think matters.
