I’m feeling really excited about this series ^^

The first episode was quite  enjoyable. I liked how the characters have been introduced and how the story unfolded. Unlike HOG, the series so far doesn’t have any of the family ‘silly’ exaggerated moments so it’s more of a serious/normal type of drama which I enjoy =)

The episode constantly moves back into time to reveal more of the past.  Ha Yu and Lee See Kei were a married couple with 6 children- 4 boys, 2 girls- one girl being Mute (Fala) and the other they brought up, non-blood related (Tavia). They also had a cakeshop which they sold mooncakes. When the children were still young, the family gets broken up when another women (Michelle Yim) enters into their lives, causing HaYu and Lee See Kei have a divorce! They go to court and the children are split, 3 sons with HaYu, and 1 son 2 daughters with Lee See Kei: Raymond, Fala and Tavia.

These three are so cute together, all of them looking so innocent and young XD. I really enjoyed watching Raymond’s scenes (or maybe it’s just Raymond haha)! He’s sooo cute xD It’s so cool that he’s introduced so early in the series. The three of them were picking up their Aunt at the airport, played by Susanna-  Lee See Kei’s sister. lol..omg, Susanna reminds me so much of her character in HOG even though she’s not the ‘second wife’. She can get so annoying! Her character talks so much and has everything to complain about, sometimes it makes you wonder if she even ever gets tired. Still, her character is somewhat entertaining to watch and creates that ‘drama’ like HOG. So much resemblances!

Raymond imitating Lee See Kei without her teeth XD

The other three sons haven’t appeared in the story yet, I wonder who they are and what they’ll be like 🙂 The bond between the siblings will be something I’ll be looking forward to seeing more of 🙂

The love story between Raymond and Linda has already started when they were kids. Linda plays Michelle Yim’s daughter (not with HaYu) and the two meet again after 10 years of separation. Hm..I don’t really like how Linda look in the series, would have been better if she had a fringe like she did in HOG.

I’m quite excited to see how the story will grow with more characters etc =) Hopefully the story will continue to get better and better!

[Love Exchange] Favourite Pairing

Vote for your favourite pairing!

[poll id=”14″]

I voted for Lap Tin and Anita simply because I think the two look the best together and I like watching their interaction with each other. To half way through the series, the two still appeared more like friends than lovers and I did find my interest turn towards Anson and Jackie’s relationship. Nevertheless, Lap Tin and Zita still wins it for me. Their romance-scenes are limited but they gain my vote and was rooting for them the whole way through ^^

I think it’s sorta hard to vote for Michael/Anita with their partners since their scenes/flashbacks were limited. I also think Dick’s personality is a little too strange for me. Is aggressive the word? What do you guys think?

[Love Exchange] Episode 9-10

Anita finds out Krystal and Power’s affair and she starts going crazy. She doesn’t know what to do so tells Michael about her findings and asks him for advice whether she should talk to Krystal about it. Michael told her that she should mind her own business but Anita just couldn’t do nothing and ignore it when she knew it was happening.  Eventually Anita does go to find Krystal, saying she knows that she is having an affair with a married man and that it was wrong. She tried to convince Krystal to leave the man, but Krystal told her that she was being too nosy and that she shouldn’t get into other people’s private life.

I slapped myself in the forehead when Anita went to talk to Krystal XD. She’s getting herself involved in a mess even after talking to Michael :S. I thought she made it so obvious she knew the man was Power because she kept having something against the two when they were together.

When they were in the lift, Anita pushed through the two of them saying ‘I can’t stand it anymore!’ When Krystal and Power asked if she was feeling ok, she replied with a ‘I want to vomit’ XD

Jackie (Krystal): I never thought about destroying his family, nor do I need him to divorce his wife.
Zita (Anita): Then what is it that you want?
Jackie: Just being with him, I’m already really satisfied.
Zita: Every third party starts off saying the same thing ‘I don’t care if I share someone else’s husband, I just want the happiness now‘ And when time goes by? Result? They’ll want the whole man to themselves. At the end, forcing the man to have a divorce because she wants to be his official wife!
Jackie: Are you acting like you’re the official wife, come to teach me a lesson?
Zita: I just can’t bare watching
Jackie: Don’t forget, you and I are just boss and employee relationship, don’t consider yourself to be my friend.
Anita hated the feeling of being cheated and third party ruining a relationship. She also cared a lot about Krystal and didn’t want her to invest time and effort into a relationship that won’t go anywhere.

Michael has a chat with Power and indirectly leads into the conversation of  loving more than one person. Now Michael is the smart one because it wasn’t obvious at all XD

Anson (Power):..if it’s just playing around then it’s ok, but if you develop real feeling you’ll have to handle it carefully
Lap Tin(Michael) : How do you do that?
Anson: Firstly you can’t let your wife feel that another women exists. Women need to feel a sense of security, and towards feelings they are extra sensitive so the way you treat your wife must come out of real love and being genuine.
Lap Tim: Then how about the lover?
Anson: You need to let her know that you need her.
Lap Tin: That simple?
Anson: Other than needing a sense of security, a woman needs to feel existence. You need to let your lover know that only she can give you the satisfaction you can’t find from your wife. Of course though, this is reality, if not, a man wouldn’t need to have an affair.

Michael comments that it’s unfair to both women involved.
Anson: Honestly, how many men can marry someone who loves them and understands them? So that’s why the lover and wife are usually two different people. (This sounds so wrong!! Though I do think of Raymond, Linda and Yoyo’s love triangle in Heart of Greed XD).

Somehow after hearing this I just can’t hate his character…Is the world really like this? Sad to think that though ..Michael jokes that Power would be a master if he was in that situation xD.

In another scene, Krystal finished her job quickly in order to go a date with Power, but Power canceled the date because he had to be with his family. Krystal was unhappy and during lunch, Anita and Krystal have another conversation.

Zita: I know! Tonight you’re going have a candle light dinner.
Jackie: It’s canceled.
Zita: How come?
Jackie: Oh wells, he is someone else’s husband, no matter what, that side is always more important.
Zita: I really don’t understand why you love these kind of unfaithful guys wholeheartedly. Today you’re his lover, there might be a second, or a third.
Jackie: A lot of people know that principle, you don’t have to say it out, but the feelings between when two people are together isn’t as simple as 1+1=2.
Zita: I really don’t understand why you’re so attracted to him.
Jackie: He’s really nice to me. He can help me suppress my past experiences, maybe it’s because we experienced similar things in the past, so he can particularly understand how I feel.
Zita: You’re saying his background is similar to yours?
Jackie: Maybe that’s how we came together without knowing or realising.
Zita: So that’s why even though you know he has a wife, you don’t mind being the third party?
Jackie: Who wants to be the third person? But since this is the road I picked, I can’t do anything about it. Most we can do is try make both parties comfortable, best if no one gets hurts.
Zita: Sometimes your ways are hard to understand. Nevertheless, at least I now know that your relationship isn’t based on physical attraction. But because of this, I’m more worried about you.
Jackie: What are you worried about now?
Zita: Worried that you’ll love too deeply..but nonetheless, whatever you do, I’ll support you!

//Is Zita contradicting what she said before?

Threats continue to happen to Tracy and her family and Lau Kong(Tracy’s father) gets blackmailed (?). As a result, Power hires Michael as their bodyguard again to protect their family’s safety. Even with security, Tracy finds a doll stained in blood at the car park and Michael has a talk with Lau Kong, asking whether he has done anything bad or had any arguments with. Lau Kong tells him about his business partner in the past who was imprisoned. It was about time he would have been freed however, after investigating, it turned out he has already passed away in jail. Something tells me Lau Kong isn’t a very nice guy..he’s probably being doing so many bad things but acting like a decent honest businessman. Of course, his daughter doesn’t know about it either.

Because of the job, one of Michael’s team members “Lai Wai” couldn’t go home and his wife complained about it, and is upset. Adding to that, a thief breaks into the house at night, scaring both her and her son (played by little Jacky boy)! Even though no real injury was caused, they were mentally hurt and wanted him to be by their side but he refused even after hearing the news >__< He said his job was important but even Michael encouraged him to go back. He has such a good boss, yet he remains committed to his job..WHY? I hate how he treats his wife, he doesn’t seem to care at all nor able to express himself. It seems like career is more important to him than family even though he claims that his job is to raise his family..I think it’s just all excuses!

Later, ‘Lai Wai’s wife is sick and faints at home but her husband wasn’t there. She leaves with her son and stayed with her mother. Michael wanted Lai Wai to go find his wife, apologise and make up with his her so Michael and Anita offer to look after his son while he went. Michael and Anita act like the boy’s parents ^^ Aww these scenes are always sweet as they look like one happy family together =)

One day when Anita was with Jacky boy waiting for Michael to come pick them up, a man comes up to them and takes them away with a knife, kidnapping them! Lai Wai suddenly receive a phone call, blackmailing him with his son to kill Tracy or else he would kill his son and Anita! Since Lai Wai was on security duty with his other team members, Tracy’s house had tight security. A gun was also prepared for him. Michael went to find Lai Wai when he couldn’t pick up Anita and the boy but Lai Wai denied knowing anything to do with them! He should have just told Michael..argh..!  It’s not like the man will know >< Lai Wai secretly wanted to go kill Tracy  to save his son..what the heck?? Luckily Michael realises and stops him in time and they set up a set, where Tracy pretended to be shot dead on her bed, and then sending the kidnapper a video-recording of it.

Michael realised where he was and started chasing him with his car! The man’s car gets in a car accident and crashes. He was actually Lau Kong’s business partner (who died)’s son come back to take revenge. Before he gets arrested by Michael, he reveals all the bad things Lau Kong has done- burnt down his own factory because the business was losing profit so he can ‘claim’ all of the insurance and then accusing his business partner(the man’s father) for it. Being imprisoned for 20years, he eventually dies in there and his wife eventually gets sick  too and dying because she felt so bad not being able to get back any share of the insurance from Lau Kong.

When Lau Kong questioned Michael about the things the man may have said to him, Michael said its not part of his job to deal with anything not related to his job, and that he would protect the privacy of this ‘boss’.

One day, Michael incidentally remembered ‘Bonnie’ (Angela) was really good with folding lucky stars and when he was looking at the jar of stars, he realised there were messages written in them! He started unfolding them all and realised they were love/poem like statements typed from someone with a signature ‘D’ (Dick?)! More evidence was pointing towards Bonnie having an affair with Dick and the truth was starting to crush Michael since he never believed Bonnie had an affair.

When he told Anita, she told him that he should face reality…and that he was really insensitive and doesn’t listen to other people, always demanding his own ways. This reminds Michael that perhaps what she said was true. When he got back from his one month business trip, things started to change in their relationship. He bought “her” a present- a little jade bracelet for their ‘baby’, and Angela(Bonnie) was telling him that she didn’t want to have a baby anymore even though they had plans initially.

Bonnie: You said you liked kids, so I was  agreeing with you.
Michael: I don’t get it. I just went away for a short period of time, why do you change your mind so quickly?
*Michael starts to get angry*
Bonnie: Having a child requires a lot of time and thought. My career has just started. I know your personality, if I have a baby you’ll make me stay at home to look after the baby and not let me work. I don’t want to be a housewife. I don’t want my figure to go ‘off’, the thought of it is scaring me.
Michael: If you think it will be tiring/painful, I can hire a servant to help you out.
Bonnie: Why don’t you understand?? I don’t want to have a baby! I don’t want kids!
Michael: Ok ok.. I know you’re still not ready yet. I won’t force you. We’ll wait for a while, ok?
(In anther scene still part of the flashback)

Michael: Bonnie, I’ve got some good news for you! The things you’ve said to me the other day, I thought it through. I decided not to force you anymore.
*Bonnie is overjoyed*
Bonnie: So you agree with me not having a baby?
Michael: I know that you’re always worried that I don’t have enough money to raise a kid, so I just sold away all my shares and adding to the money that I already saved, it’s enough money for you not to work at all .Then you can use all your effort at home to raise the kid.
Bonnie: Why didn’t you discuss with me beforehand? You don’t understand! Money isn’t the problem…I don’t want to have a baby.
Michael: I’ve already let you have your way, can’t you let me have my way for once?
Bonnie: If we’re both not happy together, let’s have a divorce!

Anita then recalls the past and tells Michael that perhaps there were already problems between her and Dick, but she didn’t realise.

On one of their Anniversaries, Dick took Anita out to dinner at a very expensive restaurant to celebrate and Anita kept saying how it was so expensive and how much money she could save if she cooked it herself at home. Dick got annoyed because he has the money now and can afford it and wanted his wife to enjoy the experience rather than to ‘save’ money.

Later, he buys her a really expensive beautiful black dress and wanted her to wear it when accompanying him to get an award but she doesn’t want to go.

Anita: You know that I don’t like those type of events, and I’ll have to stand behind you all night pretending to smile that my mouth hurts.
Dick: Of course these types of events, husband and wives go together.
Anita: It’s going to be a lot of pressure.
Dick: Your husband me is going to get an award on stage though. Should you, as my wife, be happy for me at the bottom?
Anita: How about this, you get an award on stage, I’ll be at home preparing diner for you to return to celebrate. What do you say?
Dick: Ok.. anything will do then.
Anita: Husband, you’re so nice!

While she was looking at Dick’s box of things, Anita finds a set of keys on a star keyring that she didn’t recognise and it turned out to be Bonnie’s! Michael went to his old home(when he lived with ‘Bonnie’) and asked the security guard whether he recognise the photo of a Dick. He said that during the time Michael went off to a business trip, Angela was often seen with the man and they seem pretty close, at times, even spending the night at their apartment!!

Adding to that Anita also discovers that there was also a message behind a red wine bottle which belonged to Dick, saying something about ‘the love I have for you doesn’t have a result, looking at you will only make me suffer. I would rather kill you, than lose you– D’ !!! omg…!! It was so shocking!!I always thought that there was more to their deaths than just an affair, but Michael’s assertions were wrong, Anita was right…but Dick is actually a murderer!!

Anita: I always thought that Dick was only having an affair with another woman, but after reading this message, I only then realised that the woman he loves the most isn’t me, it’s Bonnie.

*Michael runs off into his car and Anita hops in and he drives off. Michael runs off and Anita chases him*

Anita: Ah Tin, listen-
Michael: Go away! This isn’t an accident! It’s murder! Do you know your husband killed my wife?? He’s a murderer! What giving lucky stars, coming to sleep over at my home, giving presents to my wife, it was your husband who kept bothering my wife!! The night before the incident, she called me. She said she really misses home, and wants to come back. Dick’s love turned into hate and wouldn’t let go, he used the chance to get Bonnie drunk…and then committed suicide with her. Why does god have to treat me like this? Why did they take Bonnie away?

*Anita walks towards Michael and kneels down at him*
Anita: Ah Tin, I really don’t know what I should say. Sorry…I’m really sorry..I really didn’t know Dick would do such things..the only thing I can do is apologise for him. I’m really sorry..

*Michael kneels down next to her and the heartbroken two hugged each other as they cried*

[Love Exchange] Episode 6-8

These episodes focus on Krystal and Power’s characters and slowly reveals to us about their affair. I was actually quite shocked for some odd reason. I should have known from seeing the theme video XD Somehow I find them quite interesting to watch since not much was happening with the main couple.  I don’t particularly think Power looks good with Krystal or Tracy, but Power’s relationship with Tracy seems so calm that it make me wonder, can their relationship really be that good?

Krystal gets sick with the flu and Anita wanted to take care of her, ‘pestering’ her to see a doctor, take medicine and rest well. Krystal doesn’t seem to appreciate it at all, so sometimes I wonder why Anita even bothers. Anita treats her as a friend and really does care about her though so i think Krystal should really be grateful. When will Krystal open herself up to Anita?

After seeing a doctor, a women comes up to Krystal on the streets and slaps her in the face, saying how she betrayed her to get promoted by stealing away her clients. Krystal doesn’t say anything but gets into the taxi and leaves.

Anita: Jackie..
Krystal: Do you want to ask me, who that women was and why she slapped me?
Anita: Yeah, those kind of women attacking on the streets, I’d say if she hasn’t been raised up properly she must be crazy!
Krystal: She was once my best friend, I betrayed her that’s why she’s treating me like this.
Anita: You’re such a nice person though, why would that be? Would there be some misunderstanding?
Krystal: No misunderstandings, it’s just you who thinks I’m that nice. The world is like this, very realistic, you gotta eat the weaker to survive.
Anita: But people have feelings, by doing that, wouldn’t you be unhappy?
Krystal: I don’t need friends, I don’t need family. Having a career and money, I’ll have a sense of security. People’s feelings are that weak, it can betray you anytime. Why would I be unhappy for something like that? Now you know what type of person I am, are you disappointed?
Anita: I don’t know what you went through to make you so pessimistic, but no matter how strong a person can be, there would still be a time where they are weak. Like now you’re sick, you would want someone to take care of you and comfort you, right?

Suddenly a phone rings and Krystal signals Anita to get out of her room as she spoke. Anita went to see if there were any food to eat in the fridge.

Anita *talks to herself*:  Woah, everything is either cold or raw, no wonder she’s become so ‘cool’.
Anita returns back into Krystal’s bedroom and Krystal immediately hangs up the phone.
Anita: Your boyfriend called? Is he going to come?
Krystal: Have you finished asking?
Anita: I won’t ask then, but you have a fever! He’s still not coming?
Krystal: You’re here so he’s not coming, miss!
Anita: Oh! I understand, I’ll go now then, but remember to use the blanket properly and cover yourself from the cold, and remember to eat medicine and if you need anything, call me! XD

In another scene, Anita went to visit Krystal again and made her congee. Suddenly Power appeared at the door~ It’s very obvious now that Krystal’s boyfriend is actually Power! Of course, the two try to act like normal colleagues and Anita doesn’t notice anything between them.

With the help of Power, Michael’s sister in-law gets enrolled at Tracy’s school whom Tracy is the director.  The students (especially the boys in the class) seem to admire, or are even secretly in love with Tracey, trying to win her heart and impress her. The boys get jealous when Power arrives and Michael later notices Power’s car being damaged while parked at the school grounds. Later on, Power receive more ‘childish’ threats and Michael suspects it is done by a student at the school. During the next school fare, Michael is there to protect them and eventually captures the boy who threatened Tracy at the female toilets, after confessing his love and obsession towards her. Very freaky if you as me lol A school of nerds..lol What an age difference too..I really nice Tracy’s character though, she’s so nice to everyone =]

On the other hand, Power helps his father in-law’s company in a design competition and they win first prize! However, his father in-law (played by Lau Kong) does not call him on stage to receive the award and does not give an acknowledgment or credit in front of anyone; mainly because Power is not part of his company. Lau Kong praises him at home and gives him an apartment as an encouragement. However, what Power really wanted was for his father in-law to let him join his group of companies.

Power becomes quite upset and disappointed by this so goes to find Krystal where he expresses his unhappiness and Krystal is there to comfort him up. Power is said to help his father in-law a lot and proven very capable but he doesn’t understand why Lau Kong doesn’t invite him to work for the company. That continues to remain his ultimate goal and believes he will get in one day. While I was watching the scene as the conversation was going on, my mind was more shocked watching the two as a couple having an affairXD

Michael and Anita have another chat about the happy times with their husband and wife, and the fact they can never forget about them. Anita still gets hurt thinking about how he cheated on her and Michael still has dreams about his wife. The two find it quite ‘funny’ that the two of them could become god friends despite the complicated involvement between Dick and Bonnie (Angela)

Dick telling Anita that how he bought a big house for them to move into! He has been working hard to earn money to bring happiness for the family and wants to prove to his mother that marrying Anita (and getting married at an early age) was the right decision.

Angela and Michael both really want kids and the two look at baby clothes together, despite not having a baby yet.

Power and Krystal decided to go Macau for a ‘business trip’ but a technician had to install broadband at Krystal’s home. Upon hearing this, Anita offered to stay and watch her home while she was gone. Power accompanied Krystal to visit her father’s grave at Macau where she sees and angrily throws away the flowers her mother brought. She hates her mother for abandoning her when she was young and her father died early. “Even if everyone in the world dies, and only her and I are left, I won’t acknowledge her as my mother. And I won’t forgive her”

We learn about both Power and Krystal’s past when they were younger and what they had to face/suffer. They were poor and often starved, struggling for survival on their own on the streets. She thought of the time where she had to eat bread-skin out of the bin. He thought of the time he had to collect cans to earn some money. However, Power has always been the optimistic one, seeing the good side in every situation, and studied really hard to change his fate. The two started to understand each other more. as they shared their childhood experiences. I do pity these two people..

While at the hotel, Power suddenly received a phone call and had to return to Hong Kong because his wife Sophie (Tracy) had asthma attack because she was frightened by something.  Power was hesitating to leave Krystal behind but Krystal encouraged him to go and not to worry about her...so in a way I don’t think Krystal is that selfish, nor wanting to ruin Power’s relationship with his wife..

In order to make up for leaving her behind, Power decided to pick her up when she returned and the two went back to Krystal’s home. Anita suddenly returned to Krystal’s home in hope to fix up some mess that she made before.

Anita sees Power’s mobile phone with the ‘one-of-a-kind- mobile strap on the desk! I think she’s figured out the two were having an affair!

[Love Exchange] Episode 4-5

Michael’s sister in-law returns from America and she seems to have grudges against him. Michael told Anita that their relationship used to be really good but after she returned, he doesn’t understand why she didn’t go find him. It turns out she hated him because she felt that he took his sister away from her after they got married (was she jealous Angela spent more time with him than her?), which she believed was also the reason he sent her away to study aboard. Michael cares about her a lot and is often seen overprotective which causes her to hate him even more, constantly making all the decisions for her. Anita is there to help Michael, looking out for her and the two get along pretty well. Michael’s sister in-law eventually accepts him. I don’t like Michael’s sister in-law much , she can’t act and I don’t feel much for her character. I do find it pretty interesting that Dick’s brother and Angela’s sister are around the same age with such a big age  gap with their bro/sis too.

Anita is facing pressure at work, dragging down the team effort and unable to get anymore clients. Krystal calls Anita into her office.

Krystal receives a bunch of flowers and after reading the card, she tosses it in the bin XD Perhaps she’s already interested in someone else? Or doesn’t need a boyfriend?
Anita: Such pretty flowers and you throw them away?
Krystal: If I have to deal with every flower that I receive, my room will turn into a florist.
Anita: Couldn’t tell that you treat love and the way you do things the same, leaving things clean.

Krystal gives her a tight short outfit to wear to see a client ‘Martin’ and sent her off. The ‘Martin’ guy was having dinner with her, and was more interested in her than the Insurance she had to sell. Later he got her to go Karaoke with him and Anita started to feel uncomfortable and annoyed that she couldn’t stand it anymore and told him off lol Luckily Power was nearby and he appeared to ‘save’ her from the scene ^^

Anita:  Lucky I have you and Jackie (Krystal) to look after me.
Power: And there’s Dick’s friend. Lap Tin looks after you too. Last time the two pretended to be ghosts to scare you, I can tell he was really worried about you.
Anita: If this person doesn’t bring trouble to me, I’m already grateful. Since it’s already passed, now I’m not afraid to say so. He’s not actually Dick’s friend. The women that had the accident with Dick is his wife. H pretended to be Dick’s friend in hope to find out about the truth.
Power: But the police have already said it was an accident. What is he suspecting?
Anita: He doesn’t believe his wife would have an affair, nor would she die in a car with a man for no reason. There was once a man with a tattoo who came into my house, he also stole the USB that Dick gave me. In it had a video clip-well he thinks there’s too many suspicious things.

Power: As a result? Did you find anything?
Anita: The tattooed man was actually Dick’s client and blamed Dick for tricking him into buy the Insurance, so came back for revenge. It has nothing to do with his death.
Power: That does remind me that once there was a person who came to the company, looking for Dick, but at the end we sent him away with security.

Power later asks whether she believed Dick would cheat on her and she replies that she doesn’t know, but it wasn’t important anymore.

I can’t believe Anita told Power Michael’s identity :S I still find him suspicious and I think it’s a bad move lol I just have a feeling he shouldn’t be told but Anita has her guards down. Later, Power and Krystal have a dinner together and the two discuss about Anita and the ‘Martin’ guy. Power tells Krystal that she was being mean to Anita by sending her to ‘Martin’ whom everyone knows is perverted. Krystal, however defends herself by saying she wants Anita to improve and is helping her to grow. It was also Krystal who told Power to have dinner at the same restaurant as Anita and ‘Martin’ so he would be there to save her, like a hero. Power apologises to Krystal because he thought Krystal was pranking on Anita to get revenge on Dick (her rival at work) and Krystal leans towards Power, asking what punishment he should get. Power reminds her that they are in public.

Something tells me they’re more than a boss/employee relationship.

Michael is given another security job from Power, to protect the jewelry from the displays and from the models (father in-law’s companies) and Power hints to Michael that he knows his real identity. During the same event, Krystal takes Anita with her in hope she can find more clients.

Anita: I used to come to these jewelry shows with Dick, but it was just to look around, but this time I’m here to learn things, my mood is quite different.
Krystal: Can you stop following me!? Walk around yourself. Did you bring any business cards?
Anita: Yesh , you said you can forget to bring your wallet, but you cannot forget to bring your business cards.
Krystal: It’s not just bringing, you have to hand it out. The more you hand out, the more people you will know. This is where clients come from.
Anita: Jackie, but I really don’t know these people.
Krystal: It doesn’t matter, just chat and you will know them. Do you want to be rich?
Anita nods.
Krystal: You want to be rich then go hand out your business cards. Try it yourself. *walks off* XD

Anita is so cute and dopey XD and you can tell Krystal was so annoyed lol

Half way through the show, Michael notices a suspicious ‘cleaner’ coming out of toilets and he starts chasing the burglar to a car park. The burglar then took Power as hostage, but Michael took the risk and captured the man, while Power got injured.

At the hospital, Michael saw the birthmark on Power’s stomach which was funny shaped and remembered they actually knew each other when they were younger and used to play with each other a lot by lost contact. Will this bring the two closer as friends..?

Anita’s mother in-law started investing money in the stock market and lost heaps, later even borrowing from the loan sharks. When Anita found out the debt she owed, Michael lends money to Anita to pay it off without Anita’s mother in-law knowing. As a result, Anita worked even harder to get clients to hope to repay Michael sooner.

Anita successfully got another client after she followed the women off to another place, but because she was unfamiliar to the place at that night, Anita gets robbed when she trusted a couple in a car that drove by. When she was freed, she called Michael and again, asked him to keep this from her mother in-law.

When Anita got back the early next morning, Anita’s mother in-law scolded at her and accused her of ‘spending the night’ with another man (i.e Michael) and she wouldn’t listen to her.The argument broke out and Anita’s mother in-law sent her away.

Anita’s brother in-law told his mother that Anita was the one who secretly helped repay her debts and in fact stayed out all night because she wanted to earn more money. Anita’s mother in-law then knew that she had made a mistake for blaming her and when Anita returns to apologises ,the two reconciled.

I’m amazed at how filial Anita is to her mother in-law, even when her mother in-law was the one who wrongly blamed her, she apologized admitting she was the wrong one instead, begging her to let her come back to her side..awww..I hope Anita’s mother in-law will value what a good daughter in-law she has..

Hi everyone! =D

I quite like leaving my own personal messages here on my blog, because I can feel like I’m chatting with you guys haha..so I think I’ll post more [Message from K] more frequently ^^

Just to let you guys know what’s on my mind at the moment..there’s just so many things I wanna post entries on! (which also needs a lot of time) I feel like there’s a lot of entries that are long overdue for posting so I’ll need to catch up on them, especially since Moonlight Resonance will be airring soon too!

I don’t have any intentions of doing episode summaries for Speech of Silence (they’re too common :P)- and surprisingly I haven’t got any requests for that haha.. ^^ Speech of Silence has just finished airring in Hong Kong~ I’ll just take my time on watching that =)

I’ve also currently watched up to Episode 15 of Love Exchange, and episode 11 of Speech of Silence. Love Exchange is almost coming to an end and I’m only up to Episode 3 summaries/screencaps lol. My main focus for the upcoming week will be posts on Love Exchange =) Hope you guys are looking forward to more of that!

Speaking about Love Exchange, the upcoming posts will be very bias XD A lot of the episodes are focused on Anita (Zita)’s family – brother in-law, mother in-law etc, Michael’s sister in-law, Ai Wai (the cop friend) which aren’t particularly appealing to me.. so I’m leaving them off the summaries XD My apologies for those who are interested to find out more about their family matters. INSTEAD, my posts will focus more on Anita(Zita), Michael (Lap Tin), Power (Anson) and Krystal (Jackie)’s characters ..and of course! And clues which are related to Eddie(Dick) and Angela (Bonnie)’s death 🙂

so…stay tuned!

P.s: And yes, Forensic Heroes 2 episode 21-30 post will be coming a litle later ^^; Anyone anticipating it?

Pp.s: I just re-watched the Sales Presentation trailer for Love Exchange (a.k.a Suspicious Hearts)  and realised its so different and misleading!! Other than Anita and Michael(who both look very different with Anita having long hair), the characters have all changed and the whole feeling of the series is greatly contrasting. I wonder what happened lol

[Love Exchange] Episode 3

Anita wakes up in hospital where Michael tells her that the people found her fainted at the office. Anita gets so scared from seeing the ghost that she thought about quitting her job, but later decides to stay because she needed the money. For Anita’s safety, and the fact he thinks Dick’s death might have something to do with his workplace, Michael decides to go with her to work in the morning to investigate the ‘ghost’ situation and he discovers clues that perhaps someone within the office was pretending to be a ghost to scare her.

There, he meets Power and he pretends to be Dick’s old classmate. The two have a chat in Power’s office where Power revealed that Dick was a really hard worker and a really good help. He loves his wife a lot, but often sees/ ‘plays around’ with other women, but he didn’t know he’ll play to the extreme of death. As a boss and a friend, Power claims he has tried to remind him/look out for him once in a while, but he didn’t ask Dick about it much because everyone has heir own privacy and secrets. When Michael asked whether he knew the girl who died with him, he mentions that he ‘thinks’ she was a property agent. Somehow I don’t trust what Power is saying and I think he’s just trying to cover up the possibility of his involvement in his death..Power probably knows more than what he claims to know..

Learning that Michael works as a bodyguard, Power asks him to provide the security for his wife’s performance party event at his home. Power lives with his wife Sophie (played by Tracey Yip) and her father, coming from a very rich family. The celebration at night was for Tracy’s success in winning some performance award. Wow..rich families lol somehow she seems spoilt XD Tracey is really pretty and elegant, a kind-hearted person who has a father who loves her a lot. It is mentioned that Power, however, does not work for his family businesses, instead on his own at the Insurance company.

On the other hand, Krystal is extremely annoyed by Anita’s poor performance in front of a client and scolds at her. She tells Anita about a ‘difficult’ potential client and said she’ll let her stay in her team if she can convince him to buy an insurance.

Whilte Tracey was playing the violin, we see a shot of Krystal watching her. I can’t really describe her face expression but she doesn’t look very happy..
During the night of the performance celebration, which Michael is at work with his team, Anita was alone at the office working on her proposal. She gets freaked out because she received two phone calls with no voices, so calls him to calm herself down. The office lights suddenly start flicking again!!’…that was pretty funny, and she was holding out the Christian crosses, the bible? and Buddha things XD Anita is hilarious lol And the lights eventually turned on again.

Being relieved in thinking her mystical charms helped scare the ghosts away, all the phones in the office suddenly start ringing~ and two Green Ghosts appear, almost scaring her to death again! XD Luckily Michael and Power arrive and help fight off and arrest the 2 ‘ghosts. It turns out it was two of her colleagues who didn’t like her pulling down the team effort and the fact Krystal gave away two of their clients to her. Michael gets in trouble from Power’s father in-law for leaving the house while he was supposed to be on security, but luckily Power was there to defend him and Michael seemed very impressed by the way Power handled the situation.

Anita kept getting rejected again and again by the customer and was feeling very down. Michael saw her and decided to give her hints/techniques on sales, and at the end of the episode Anita eventually successfully does ^^

In attempt to help Anita’s brother in-law get away from these bad teenagers, the watch Angela bought Michael breaks. Anita and Michael have a chat over the phone about their husband/wife.

At night, a girl appears drunk on the street where Anita’s brother in-law finds her. He had no choice but to take her home. She gets kicked out of the house by Anita’s mother in-law when they find her the next morning. Michael appears at the doorway, revealing that she was actually his sister in-law (Angela’s sister). Michael was shocked to see her, and appeared veryr worried about her, asking when she had returned to Hong Kong and whether she had received the messages he has previously sent her. Angela’s sister is extremely angry to see him and angrily shouts back that he was the one who caused her sister to die!

Simply the two series airing at the same time, which series do you like better?  Storyline wise, character wise..which are you addicted to more and why?

Personally I think both series are ok. The two have really nice themesongs too. I have always anticipated Love Exchange over Speech of Silence and I prefer the cast in LE (namely Michael and Anita). The storyline in the first half of LE does get a bit sidetracked from the main storyline though, but I still find myself eagerly watching in hope for the “real” story to happen. So..my vote goes to Love Exchange!

Maybe I should have made a poll for Love Exchange and Catch Me Now instead since they have similarities haha..
