Today I went with Chibi to meet Linda and Moses at their autograph session at Sussex Centre ! (since I didn’t go to the JadeWorld Carnival @ Carss park yesterday)~ it was really really exciting XD XD This was the first time meeting Linda & second time for Moses!

We went to pick up our  tickets at 12 and then went back there a little before 1.30pm to line up, and we were pretty much at the front of the que! (2nd or 3rd person) Linda and Moses finally came out at 2pm and the crowd went a bit crazy (everyone pushing from everywhere) cause we  were all so excited!! hehe and the fact that we were SO CLOSE to them made me feel like  I was dreaming lol

They were both really really nice..Linda looks so beautiful and Moses was so Charming ! <3 I couldn’t get my eyes off them XD XD

We were squealing and waving at them and they both saw us and waved back XD

Happy 3rd Anniversary K for TVB!!  ^__-

I really like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all your support over the year (or three years for those who stuck by since the beginning :)) . I’m really excited that it’s made it to Number 3 hehe (Scary thought that I’ve been blogging for 3 years now …and I’ve gone older by 3 years too!)  I started this blog while I was at uni..and now I’m working full time. It’s like its growing up with me!

A run down of what has happened during the year. It was my transition time from uni to work. The blog has also adapted around it by changing its focus from daily episode summary and screencaptures to…snippets of various things. It was a bit of burden off my back, was able to free up some time for ‘life’ (hehe, yes I do have a life to live outside of this blog XD) . I’m pretty content at the moment. It always happens though, that come exam time, I have to try very had to refrain myself from blogging and watching good series- like the current one- You’re Hired ^^; The other change is becoming more selective when choosing which TVB series to watch. Sadly, it didn’t feel like I had to make much ‘tough’ decisions this years to which to watch XD

Nevertheless, TVB does produce some  series which I just LOVE, which stimulates the need inside me to blog and share about it ^^ I just have to VOICE IT OUT! hehe It’s great to have you guys to share it with!

Finally, a note to finish off: Many may be aware that fellow affiliate blog TVB Musings has recently retired. For those in doubt, K for TVB does not plan to retire any time soon!!  XD I currently enjoy what I do/what I share, and as long as I have you guys here continously supporting me and my blog; and that TVB produces more great series (like When Easterly Showers Falls on the Sunny West, Rosy Business, E.U, You’re Hired)-I’ll be here ^^

A guy at the back with his girlfriend is annoyed by his sound effects.

Girlfriend: I told you not to watch this movie, it’s so boring! I told you we should have watched a horror film.
Boyfriend: You chose it.
Girlfriend: You chose it- you said it was really good.

Dayo overhears their complaint and suddenly turns to the empty seat besides him and reaches out a popcorn. *Freaky music starts playing*

Dayo: Eat something. You won’t eat those paper, you won’t eat that, have some popcorn. Look at you- you’re so thin that your legs aren’t even touching the ground.  What? Go home? Ghost period is next year- eat one first. Toilet? Why go to the toilet for, you haven’t even eaten anything?
*Dayo stands up and continues talking*
Dayo: If you’re going to the bathroom, don’t brush your hair because if you accidentally brush your head off- it’ll scare people.

As Dayo sits back down, he freaks out seeing a person besides him!!

Synopsis
Military Governor CHOI NGOK (Damien Lau) has been attempting to overthrow the Yuen Sai Hoi government. To facilitate his plan to stage an uprising in Yunnan, he pretends to be fooling around with the highly sought-after courtesan CHEUNG FUNG WAN (Kathy Chow), nicknamed SIU FUNG SIN, to avoid detection. YUEN SAI HOI (Law Lok Lam), who is suspicious of NGOK, sends the Chief of Staff MOK YIK TIN (Dominic Lam) to spy on him. Later he even lures NGOK’s wife PAK SZ TING (Krystal Tin) to Beijing, hoping that this will force NGOK to pledge his loyalty to the government. To ensure the success of the revolutionary movement, NGOK carries on with his affair with WAN as a camouflage, without realizing that she has seriously fallen in love with him. WAN is ready to give up everything just to be with NGOK while NGOK remains cold and distant towards her. Soldier YUE YAM KWOK (Kenneth Ma) is also in love with WAN and would like to get her out of her predicament. Comments: oooo..this looks good!! Looks like a nice leading cast! TVB seems to do pretty well it(I like them anyway despite HK ratings lol)  in period dramas so I’m looking forward to this one 😀 I wish there was a better female cast for the younger generation though..

Quick note: I just finished watching this episode and loved a particular Charmaine x Dayo scene~ so I decided to post it up to share with everyone now ^^ Please note this is from Episode 17 so if you don’t want spoilers, you can refrain from reading it  until you’ve seen the episode ^^;. To be honest it doesn’t really have to relate to the rest of the story.  For those who don’t mind a cute cute Charmaine confession (?) scene, do join me ^^

While Charmaine is cleaning up Dayo’s room, she opens up his wardrobe to see if there are any clothes that need ironing.

Charmaine: Woah..all his clothes are exactly the same style and colour- no wonder he’s always wearing the same set!-Even his underwear are the same colour. This person is so strange! And there’s nothing to drink in his fridge. Oi, did you find any porn?
Debtor collector 2: Er, no? I checked his whole room and couldn’t find any.

Charmaine: What kind of man doesn’t watch porn? Oh god..

Dayo: You want to learn how to do business?
Charmaine: Please..?
Dayo starts laughing XD
Dayo: Do you know what it means to exchange something of equal value? Like, what do I get out of it?
Charmaine: Then, what do you want?

*Dayo starts tapping on the seat besides him and Charmaine reluctantly sits down next to him*

Dayo: Do you know what it means by ‘Sek Sek Seng Ya’?
Charmaine immediately jumps back up away from him.
Charmaine: Dream on! Don’t even think about it!
Dayo: I knew you’d be thinking that way. Don’t keep going online and watching those things, it’s not good for your health. What I want to say is very simple. I’m always out eating dinner- if not, I’m here eating MSG noodles- so I want to eat a decent home meal.
Charmaine: Ooh, just home food right?
Dayo: You know the basics- 3 dishes, 1 soup.
Charmaine: My strong point!
