Mm..not much happened in this episode:

*Raymond continue his plans to try to get close to Yoyo, by pretending to be drunk and gets Yoyo to take him home. I can’t stress enough how exaggerated and fake his character acts, but Yoyo doesn’t seem to notice. He tells Yoyo about how no one understands him but her etc. He then asks Yoyo to stay with him and Yoyo gets freaked out leaving his house in a panic. I thought that was quite funny as she told him “Mum will get angry, and I don’t even have my tooth brush and toothpaste” xD When she’s in the lift, she slaps her forehead in embarrassment from what she had said

*Yoyo and Lawrence seem to have become great buddies. Yoyo helps Lawrence with his relationship with Nancy. It is obvious he still loves her and Lawrence doesn’t seem to deny it anymore.
* More with Lawrence’s dad, the lady and her son.

*Lawrence and Yoyo go see another client. In the process, they take the client’s dog (female) for a walk and loses it halfway through. Yoyo and Lawrence decide to try buy one that looks like it, but instead realize they got a male dog instead. They eventually find the female dog waiting outside the client’s home, so Lawrence keeps the male dog. Yoyo said she’d help him out look after it.

*More stuff with Lawrence’s dad and a boy and his mother (who is a doctor)

*A new CEO joins Raymond’s company. At first Raymond does not sound interested, however starts to suck up to him and loads of exaggerated words of how much he had looked up to him etc. To his surprise, this CEO knows all of Raymond’s work history- how he left the other company etc. He wants Raymond to get rid of their competition (Lawrence’s Real Estate Business) as seen as a threat to them because of their establishment in the area and well known with the local people.

*Raymond is taking advantage of the fact Yoyo had a crush on him, by pretending to have always noticed her and liked her in return to get close to Yoyo. He also talks of how he is filial to his parents (somehow I think he’s making that up too XD) While they were in the car, he also pretends to almost run over a cat on the road and show his “care” to animals by being very concerned of it. It is so exaggerated XD Looks like Yoyo is falling for his scheme.

*Nancy once again calls Lawrence when she’s having problems with the cafe. Lawrence told her she was annoying and he’ll never help her again (they have broken up long ago and that he’s not obligated to) . Yoyo tells Lawrence that he still likes Nancy, but he is in denial.

*The CEO(without telling who he is) meets Lawrence. He asks Lawrence how much he thinks a certain piece of land is worth. Lawrence said 10, the CEO said he thinks it can be sold for 12. Lawrence said that it’s impossible. The next morning, they saw the price on tv. It exceeds 12.

Yup, its been a while scene I finished watching it, but I still love this series and I think of this couple once in awhile XD (esp when the TVB 39th Anniversary Awards are coming up and this series isn’t included) Still makes me wonder what this scene would be like.. =3
[[Face to Fate Cut Scene]]

Looks too cute xD At first I thought it was the ending for the series but it turns out no to be possible lol I think this happens during the remaining time Raymond had after he found out the last cure has dried out and that he can no longer be cured. He was not willing to work for the Dark side in exchnge for changing his blod to the last cure, so decided to spend the rest of the time left happily with Selena..

A little post dedicated to the little actress Maggie Wong Mei Kei who plays when Yoyo’s character (Elaine)’Ling’ was young XD

If I remember correctly, I think she also played young Princess Cheung Ping in Perish in the name of Love. I thought she had lots of resemblances to Linda Chung and Miyuu Sawai (Japanese actress for Sailormoon Live Action Series)

[From Episode 4]:

*Lawrence’s father (thinking his son is interested in her) asks Yoyo to encourage and support Lawrence saying even though he doesn’t look it on the outside, he’s very upset in the inside (for not being able to convince the guy to sell the land). Its a funny look Yoyo had on her face (probably wondering why he asked her out of all people XD)
*With the help of Yoyo, Lawrence thought of an idea to convince the guy to sell the land very willingly =D (to do with a father and son relationship ^^) I think the two make a good team ^^ Yoyo and Lawrence seem to get along very well. Near the beginning of the episode, Yoyo was gonna tell him how she thought she’s not really suitable for the job and is thinking about quitting, but he ignores her and tells her to do stuff for him. After this success, Lawrence asks her again what she had told him earlier and she changes her mind. She’s really impressed by him, and wants to stay and learn more from him ^^

*Now that Lawrence successfully convinced the guy to sell his land, Raymond is back lol (Yoyo is not here) His character is very exaggerated, and enthusiastic (much like lots of sarcasm in his language). Very funny character though~ every time I see him on scene I think “what an idiot” lol xD The things he says are quite hilarious too xD while everyone around him is getting annoyed lol before he came, Lawrence was planning to shout them all dinner, but Raymond came and said he would, for thanking them for doing him a favour.
*At dinner, he pretends he didn’t say any of the bad that he said about the company in the previous episode xD when others commented how he said those things, he’d be like “when?? no~ I’ll never say such a thing” XD When he found out it was another agent who helped Lawrence, he called her to come out for dinner as well (not knowing it was Yoyo). At this point, Lawrence and his father sneak away to celebrate themselves. When Yoyo arrives, all the people seem to be drunk-ish.
*Yoyo finally finds out Raymond is the one the others have always bad-mouthed about (because in the past Raymond was also taught under Lawrence’s father as well, but he left them for a bigger company when their company was in some crisis). This is probably the first time she has seen him talk and act, and completely shatters her image of him.

*By the end of the night, it seems like all of them are drunk, and after Raymond leaves, turns out all the others were only faking it XD Yoyo on the other hand got drunk (I think she wanted to escape from reality)
While Raymond was walking off, he started getting freaked cause he just keep hearing someone person with a ghostly-like voice call out his name, and asking “what …happened to… you” lol I thought that was really funny xD It was actually Yoyo following him while she was drunk~ At first he kept telling her to go away etc. she accidentally tells him they were from the same school (to much of his surprise), how he used to help a lady pick up oranges from the floor etc, and asking why he has changed so much. When he tells her he doesn’t recognise her, she tells him they never spoke to each other and how even though she written a letter to him, she was too scared to put her name on it… (I think he realised..lol) The next scene we see Yoyo wake up in bed and she rushes off to get ready for the test. We learn from her parents and brother that a ‘good looking guy with a nice car took her home yesterday’
*Yoyo sits for her test

*Yoyo and Natalie take Nancy to help her out with renting a premise for her future cafe. (I was a little confused by this part, cause I was wondering why she wasn’t looking at any of the land they were responsible for, and instead looking at other ones). Lawrence constantly assists her through the phone, and Yoyo successfully heaps Nancy~

*Nancy gets upset as she finds out Rocky has already has a girlfriend. Yoyo meets Nancy and cheers her up. Nancy is determined not to reply on guys anymore and wants to open up a cafe.

*Yoyo finds out Nancy is Lawrence’s ex-girlfriend
*Yoyo attends an interview to join Raymond’s Company(not knowing he was the top sales) but fails to get the job. When she sees Raymond, she can’t speak properly XD There is another flashback of when they were back in school and how she wrote a love letter to him, addressed by someone in class 4b. He comes into the class and rejects the “person” in front of the class, saying whoever wrote is should never write a letter like that again. Yoyo explains to Halina that since then, every time she seems him she can’t speak properly.
*Lawrence tries to convince one of the people to sell their store, as one of Raymond’s clients wants the land. However, the price was not the issue as the store has lots of value to the owner and has been passed down from his grandparents. Raymond blames Lawrence for “not helping him” and thinks that Lawrence doesn’t want to help him because he is still angry for what he did in the past.

I think Nancy’s character is very cute lol Especially that scene where she kept turning and looking at Yoyo and asking her whether it was a good place and a good deal to rent for the cafe. X3

*Lawrence goes Yumcha with his father who had organised with another lady for her daughter to meet him (trying to get them to know each other). I thought Lawrence was quite smart to change the subject and got the women interested about their building rather than to spend time with her daughter XD

*Lawrence seems to be getting jealous when he sees his ex-girl Nancy being with another guy called Ricky (man..that actors starting to appear everywhere!! That guy who plays as “Rocky” in Men in Pain xD) Nancy seems to trust Ricky and inviting him to her house because he helped her move the bed stuff when Lawrence refused to. Lawrence still appears to like Nancy (or hasn’t gotten over her yet) which I found amusing to watch. He ends up getting drunk that night..suppose he wasn’t very happy seeing the two get along so well.

*One by one, Yoyo gets to see how “non-normal” the other workers at the real estate agent are and how they deal with customers. That was sorta entertaining to see..one guys cheats on his wife (anyone notice the background scene they were at? Looked like that building in Au Revoir Shanghai where Sonjia gets hit by the car), and pretty much induces his clients to buy/rent the apartment by falsely misleading them to think some famous guy lived there before. Another one takes advantage of her by taking her to see another client who spends his time checking her out instead. Back at the office, we find the Natalie Tong crying because she lost her Hello MiMi keychain (I think) xD. Yoyo then sees her boss Lawrence all drunk..haha..I would feel like changing jobs if I was her…

*Yoyo takes the drunk Lawrence home, and Lawrence’s father and his friends watch them from over the block through the window. Lawrence’s father thinks the two are going out.

*For his father to stop trying to find him a girlfriend, he lies to him saying he’s interested in her.
*Yoyo meets Raymond at the lifts. It appears she remembers him, but he doesn’t remember her. I guess that’s reasonable since they never really talked. While looking at him, Yoyo remembers when they were in school and how she had a crush on him, and wanted a chance to bump into him~ I think that’s really cute =3 lol even though it happens in some other TVB series as well. I think it always works~ And yup! How cool~ she sees him again after all those years. *Here’s your chance Yoyo lol* But once he got out of the lift, he drove away without her getting the chance to talk to him XD I wonder what she would think of him when she gets to know him. Raymond’s character seems more of the playing type. From impression how he speaks so highly for himself, and how Lawrence’s father doesn’t seem to believe Raymond genuinely visited him because he cared about him but rather to obtain benefits, it doesn’t seem like Raymond would be a “good” guy. Nevertheless, I hope that’s just what he’s perceived on the outside and is different in the inside. Guess we gotta see more of it to see =)
