*The start of the episode (morning), Yoyo was with Lawrence over at his place and he said he’ll take her to see his father, but when he opened the door, Nancy was there and freaked him out and Yoyo went hiding etc

*The whole episode revolved around Yoyo and Lawrence’s relationship, and Lawrence wanting to break up with Nancy, but numerous times throughout the episode he couldn’t tell her (didn’t want to hurt her), which causes Yoyo to get angry at him for two-timing.
*[At the end of the episode]After thinking it through, (thanks to Lawrence’s father telling him time is precious etc), Lawrence finds Yoyo and tells her he will tell Nancy now, grabbing her hands and running to the cafe where Nancy is. Before they went in Nancy comes out and sees the two. Lawrence tells her he has something to say and started talking about how he wants to clear things up in “this three people relationship” . Upon hearing this, Nancy get shocked saying ‘you found out?‘ At that moment, the rich guy come out of the cafe XD (she thought Lawrence found out she was seeing the rich guy~ so funny to see Lawrence and Yoyo’s facial expressions xD) and she starts explaining to him and apologising, wondering if they are still friends etc ^^  ehe..all Yoyo and lawrence’s worries…xD and they don’t even have to tell Nancy they were going out..of course Lawrence was happy and the two go off. Lawrence and Yoyo can finally be together ^^

*Some other bits in the episode:

*Lawrence’s father comes back with the doctor lady, her son, and the forgetful old man..so weird!! Don’t really know what happened while they were there~ and that proposal business… but seems like the forgettful old man is getting very familiar with the lady doctor and her son, and calling her by her name (rather than the usual Dr. Hong), and she doesn’t seem to mind. It was like…a family o.o, going up to their place withhim +__+ Lawrence’s father seems like he was getting jealous and wanting them as well XD

*There was a scene where Yoyo comes into Lawrence’s house and he tells her that he wants to break up because they aren’t right together, and Yoyo starting begging him take back his words I thought Yoyo was sooo exaggerated, but I didn’t know they were faking it XD Yup, turns out Yoyo is pretending to be Nancy and lawrence was practising /howto tell her

* Yoyo gets freaked out and pushes Lawrence away saying why he’s hugging her, he’s already got a girlfriend etc and runs off. I thought it was quite funny xD She likes him but is scared. Lawrence chases her and eventually he appears in front of her, and tells her he can’t live without her and hugs her again. She smiles back. Then she wakes up in bed shocked (turns out to be a dream XD I was like...’huh ?? up to which part was real?’ Figured later that after she ran off, she didn’t bump into him again).

*Next day at work, Lawrence tells her not to call him “si fu” (she is his apprentice). Yoyo asks what to call him, and he replies anything but that since their relationship has changed (then it turns out she is daydreaming again XD. I was like…’geez..I thought it was real again!’ ) The real one tells her he is her “si fu” and that’s the only relationship they will ever be between them. Must of shattered Yoyo’s dreams. He was also saying about something about some metor (I donno exact terms) that appeared last night and affects people’s moods etc, saying he did things he couldn’t control and it was a mistake (i.e Him hugging her). I think Yoyo must of been very disappointed, esp with those daydreaming stuff, but of course she tried to be happy about it. He is so in denial..
*The CEO invites Lawrence to his office and offers to buy [Trustworthy Property] off him, renaming it, but Lawrence can continue to run it etc. Lawrence refuses. He said that business was run by him and his father. They have one month left for the bet.

* He and his father have made up with each other after the lady doctor moves elsewhere with her son. At first I thought that was gonna make Lawrence’s father more angry with Lawrence, but the lady doctor told him how she understands its important to have good relationship with his son and that for her to leave a bit would do them all good.

*Lawrence’s heart condition appears to have gone worse that he fainted in his car

*The old guy with the poor memories(who caused the misunderstanding) is pursuing the lady doctor (saying he woke up he remembered he loved her and wants to confess before he forgets again) that was so YUCKY!! XD and sooo embarrassing..esp the clothes he was wearing and the bunch of flowers, it would scare the lady doctor away lol When Lawrence’s father and the other old men saw him, they all tried to stop him from going, and that forgetful man was saying all those stuff about ‘why you trying to separate us?’ and ‘age difference doesn’t matter’ <--when I heard this, my first impression was AH! Lawrence’s father might start thinking lol since I reckon he likes the lady too. Lawrence’s father seemed very concerned (a bit desperate?)about the forgetful guy going after the lady, a bit like ‘don’t go after her, she’s mine’ and eventually the forgetful guy goes off (somewhere far away) to find the lady, and he follows him to make sure he’s safe. (I hope it wouldn’t cause any further problems between the father and son, sounds like trouble)

*The rich guy says every time he closes his eyes, all he can see is Nancy, claiming Lawrence can’t do the same, not even for a minute. Later, Lawrence closes his eyes for a minute and all he can see is Yoyo..

*The rich guy gives [Trustworthy Property] a whole stack of business/land for free… o_o Their business is saved! lol Thanks to uhm…the rich guy o.0? Didn’t really expect that. He’s probably doing it for Nancy, but they are very gratful ^^ so..he’s being nice..lol

* Because of the business is getting better, the agents are at the cafe with Nancy to celebrate. The guy and Natalie kept insisiting Lawrence to propose to Nancy. The guy wanted to borrow a ring off one of the girls to give to Lawrence to use for now. Natalie wasn’t wearing any, and you can tell Yoyo was trying to take hers off to hide it (the one Lawrence bought her), because she didn’t want Lawrence giving her ring away, but was too slow and the guy took it and gave it to Lawrence. Yoyo couldn’t bare to stay so she leaves and is upset. From the looks on Lawrence’s face, he doesn’t really know what to do, He started saying these stuff about what a ring symbolisies, why it is round etc (but we don’t actually see him giving the ring to Nancy).

*Lawrence goes back home to find the worried Yoyo, saying she can’t find the dog anywhere and she kept yelling at him, saying that he didn’t want the dog etc They went searching all over for it and turns out to be at home in one of the closet. Yoyo claims she wants the dog back (sounded so much like a couple arguing who has custody of their child xD) because she will treat it better and seemed like she was angry for him to give the ring to Nancy. Yoyo ends up taking it and when they walk away, their talk about the dog – how he was treating it etc soon changed(with reference) into talking about their situtation and relationship. Lawrence confesses to Yoyo telling her about how he saw her in the 1min when he closed his eyes and that the ring suits her better, helping her wear the ring again ^^ ~ He didn’t end up giving the ring to Nancy (finally!! After all those ‘dreams/daydreams’ Yoyo kept having throughout the episode, this one is real) Yoyo asks Lawrence ‘what about Cindy?’ (Nancy), he seems worried… (I guess he hasn’t told her yet..)

Wow..in one episode, seems like most of Lawrence’s worries have gone.

*Another interesting episode!

*Raymond kisses Yoyo at the streets, and her parents sees, thinking that he is Yoyo’s boyfriend. Her parents end up spreading the rumour to her work place, causing Lawrence to get hyped-up about it, thinking it was true. You could tell he was just getting jealous and kept claiming Yoyo was going out with Raymond even though she denied. “How could you go out with our competitor??!” Yoyo gets angry because he didn’t trust her, and really~ it wasn’t any of his business even if they were going out (I think more in the inside, its cause Lawrence is going out with Nancy). Their argument eventually leads up to her resigning, and he claims doesn’t care. He sounded too unreasonable..

*The next morning, when Yoyo was about to give the resignation letter to him, the other lady working at [Trustworthy Property] gives her resignation letter first. She wants to leave the company because of her poor performance, and unable to get enough sales/commission/money to raise her family if she stayed. Her husband is unemployed and her children need the money for schooling. *Seeing this, Yoyo decides not to resign, and to stick by Lawrence until he doesn’t want her anymore. Yoyo and Lawrence make up and he’s happy that she’s staying. I think he is really relieved.. xD

*Ben working at the other place is working at his slow pace, has almost got his customer to buy the house etc,  but Raymond gets annoyed that he still hasn’t got it done yet and tells him off. You can tells Ben feels sad, and Raymond told him to give the customer to some other worker. Ben’s wife comes along and starts giving people soup etc (like she usually does at Trustworthy Property) and the people there get annoyed by her..
*Lawrence goes to the hospital for a checkup but they are unable to find anything wrong with him yet, even though he had all those symptoms. The doctor advised him to have a full checkup just in case, and that would run for about a week, but Lawrence delays it saying he doesn’t have time for it yet. This is bound to cause problems..its gonna get worse

*As each day passes, [Trustworthy Property] ’s business it getting worse and worse, and now with 2 of the agents moving to the competitors, Lawrence is extremely stressed.

* Lawrence’s father is back safely with the doctor. Because of some misunderstanding thanks to that old guy who has old-person disease and is very forgetful, he passed the wrong message to Lawrence from the doctor, which causes Lawrence to say some mean things back to the lady doctor the next time they meet (thinking she’s there to trick his father). When Lawrence’s father finds out, he has a big argument with his son, causing their relationship to break apart, with the father saying stuff about not caring about what the other is doing anymore. Lawrence’s father claims that all Lawrence cares about is money etc..I get this impression the father likes that lady doctor… who’s side am I on? Well..standing on each of their point of view (because of the misunderstanding) their reactions is understandable~ I’m still on Lawrence’s side though lol jsut because I don’t like that lady that much..I wonder if this misunderstanding will clear up.

*At this moment, Lawrence is completely depressed and down…there’s his health problems, his business is failing, and now family problems with his father..his life is completely gone upside down..

[At night]
*Yoyo, seeing that Nancy isn’t really doing anything to cheer Lawrence up (Nancy says she’s not good at comforting people and that she should give him time to think etc), Yoyo leaves messages for him on the phone, giving him IQ questions (seeing his phone is switched off). You can tell she really cares about him~ He was actually back at his office and he eventually turns on the phone and listens to the messages. Yoyo eventually turns up to cheer him up and was continuously by his side, supporting him and giving him words of comfort..I think this triggered things (its the whole atmosphere that builds up in the scene which makes you feel sorta warm and fuzzy inside). You could tell Lawrence was completely moved, and he hugs her … ^^

I quite enjoyed this episode, and thought it went pretty fast. Just the more than half the series and we can see some romance arising and problems starting to unfold..

*The next morning, the three actually turned up to work =) That’s a sign of relief lol They seemed all happy and stuff and back at work when talking about their progress with their customers, each of them have mentioned Ben (the guy who got fired/ got two wives) and how they have had help from him, how it was hard for them to not refer to him as “si heng”. You can tell Lawrence isn’t all that angry at him anymore. Yoyo asks Lawrence whether they would need to start advertising for a new position and he replies it’s not necessary since there’s the 5 of them already (including Ben) ^^ and he goes out of the company. The agents are happy to hear Lawrence has forgiven him and is accepting him back (sounds like they planned it) . Just when Lawrence calls Ben on the mobile, they bumped into each other at the corner. Turns out Ben is with Raymond and that he had just signed the contract and been employed under Raymond’s company (their competitor)..awww…Lawrence was too late..damn.. You can tell Lawrence is upset, and Ben looked guilty, but they eventually talked it through (talking about the good-old days when they started out), and Lawrence told him they will always be friends and he wishes him all the best. This is such a big disadvantage to [Trustworthy Property] They lost their most experienced agent (after Lawrence) and is now working against them..

*The lady doctor tells Lawrence’s father that her father-in-law is sick and needs to
do an operation but will cost a lot of money (I think HK$300 000) and she can’t get enough funds so doesn’t know what to do. Lawrence’s father being a nice guy is determined to help her and borrows off his friends and asks Lawrence to take money out from the business. Lawrence is concerned that his father may be being too nice to a stranger he hasn’t known so long and that he may get tricked, but his father kept insisting the doctor is a nice person and is a ‘doctor’<-can't be a bad person *cough*cough* and really needs the money to save someone's life. Eventually, Lawrence does give in and his father takes all the money and gives it to her (she's taking it back to mainland China). Seeing she's going alone and it far away and may be dangerous, he goes off and accompanies her too. (This is bound to cause conflict..I keep having this feeling she's tricking his money. Just can't really trust someone with THAT much money ~_~ Lawrence's father doesn't seem the least suspicious..I think she's suspicious. What if she just runs away with the money? We'll just have to see..) *Yoyo and Lawrence passed by a jewellery store and there was a ring that particularly caught her attention. It costs $HK500 which was quite pricey, and Yoyo asked Lawrence if he could buy it for her, and he replied with that a guy can't buy a ring for any girl. They went in, and eventually Lawrence did some talk, bargaining, and some lies (?) about the quality of the ring and they got it for $HK100 , which made Yoyo really happy. Back at the car, Yoyo was wearing the ring on the pinky finger and Lawrence was teaching her not to because it was for divorcing and he eventually helped her put on the ring (can't remember which finger XD )I thought this scene was sorta cute lol Yoyo was moved I think =) *Natalie and Yoyo's bro have been going out for 7 days so far and is sad realise they only have about 300-ish days before Yoyo's bro has to go overseas for 6years +. I cannot see a better match for the two XD *Nancy tells Yoyo that Lawrence has asked Nancy to have dinner at his place and that she is planning to accept him back, and start a new relationship. *That night, Yoyo is upset that Lawrence and Nancy are getting back together so she calls Raymond out to keep her company (Funny how she thought of him when she's sad lol) He's so funny, he was going on about how he's really happy that she called him and that this was like their first day going out. She tells him she wants to drink and suggests going to his place. Raymond pretending he cares and tells her not to drink too much , but started buying a whole stack of bottles of alcohol and constantly pouring into her cup. *At his place, the drunk Yoyo is all upset and tells Raymond that she likes someone. Raymond keeping thinking she’s referring to him (which is weird! cos..why would he think that when she’s this sad?) He was saying to her how he’s here for her etc (the usual exaggerated style of talking) and she goes into tears and cries on his shoulder. He’s like “..you’re so touched that you’re crying” (xD) . She think vomits on him and he instantly shouts out a “eww! This is a VERY expensive shirt!!” The unpleased Raymond goes off to clean it off.

*While Lawrence and Nancy are preparing for dinner, the doggy kept barking at Nancy (the dog doesn’t want her to replace Ling (Yoyo)..eheh such a sensitive thing ^^) Nancy asks whether the dog doesn’t like her and Lawrence replies that the dog’s always like that (even though he knows what the dog is thinking). When lawrence is talking, he mentions Yoyo in every phrase which causes Nancy to maybe think a bit more, asking whether Yoyo comes to his place that often, and he replies with a yes..well because he’s teaching her stuff anf he gives her bits of stuff to do since she’s still learning. And then asked where the soya sauce was and he replied “Ling (Yoyo) said its at ..etc” lol If I was Nancy I would wonder too..
*While Lawrence was talking to the doggy, the drunk Yoyo calls him (listening thru the earplugs thing) talking about why he bought her a ring etc. Lawrence seemed pretty lost as to why she sounded drunk asking her whats the matter when Nancy comes from behind and hugs him. Nancy – not noticing he was on the phone, asks whether they can start their relationship again. At this moment, the drunk Yoyo tells Lawrence that she loves him, and doesn’t know what to do now. Lawrence is just shocked (loved the expression ^^) doesn’t know what to be thinking. I reckon the truth is, he likes her too.

On the other side, Raymond hears Yoyo talk on the phone and looks a bit disappointed she likes Lawrence. He was probably hoping to get Yoyo leave [Trustworthy Property] and work with him

*Another time, the rich guy comes back to find Nancy telling her he can’t give up on her and that he’s still after her. (ah~ he’ll probably win Nancy’s heart and then Lawrene can have Yoyo.lol)
*The next day, Raymond ‘s company has massive sales/customers after their new branch opened.(Looked a bit odd how so many people wanted to buy houses etc..looked more like buying very cheap stuff) They did however, offer for very low prices, some even more than half price reduced. This causes [Trustworthy Property] agents to start getting worried, since they aren’t having much customers. Raymond goes to find them and tell them straight in the face that they will keep expanding until they get rid of them. He was telling the 3 other agents to leave just like Ben did, because its the best way out and for them to just give up. “We don’t care about money, we care about winning” After watching this part, I was thinking..woah..looks like its the first time Raymond has been straightforward in what he wanted to say, rather than his usually pretending to be friendly-talk. That’s quite threatening to the business (same feeling when the CEO talks to Lawrence). I hope somehow they can make it through =S

Half-way through the series, thought I’d put something up about the characters ^^

Lawrence’s character [Chong Zhi Leung- Raymond] age 35. He is independent and hardworking, being the boss of [Trustworthy Property] after his father left the business to him. His first priorities in life is his job and money. This is evident in why he broke up with Nancy in the first place and hasn’t dated since. Because he is devoted in his work, he neglects his family and the people around him. He doesn’t put time on people~ which can be seen by the way he treats his father. Does not give him much attention (or show much care), which I think will cause problems in the future. I wouldn’t call him a filial son, even though he tries his best to run the company. He makes steady efforts and believes that as long as there’s one minute left, there is still opportunity to change the outcome. He has high expectations of his subordinates, which is a reason why he couldn’t tolerate that one of the agents bashed a client~ it was also a threat to his company..this is another example where Lawrence’s father disagrees on his actions. I hope he’ll change to be a better person. I don’t think he’ll make a good boyfriend either, though Yoyo may think. I guess they are both quite similar and dedicated to their work..
Yoyo’s character [Chui Zhi Ling -Elaine/ Ling] aged 29.

(Not sure why they had her character pic with that hair, since its left down most of them time if not all)

Harding working because she wants to earn money and save it for her brother to study overseas, so she strives to work hard for success. She also appears to use money very carefully which makes her seem to be a stingy person. From episode1, when she was a sales person at the beauty store, she would come to work just a minute before work starts (saying she only gets paid when the hour reaches, and not any if she comes a little earlier), and she uses the makeup from the store. There was another scene where she was hot, and she was opening the fridge at the convenient store to cool off, because it was ‘free’ in a scene. Gotta say she’s really good with selling makeup etc to the customers (top sales), which motivated her to be a real estate agent because of the income and seeing that selling makeup and convincing people to buy houses were similar. She plans out her life ahead. She pretty much supports her whole family (I don’t recall what her father and mother does). As the story progresses, she looks up to Lawrence and hopes to learn more from him. She puts other people’s happiness before her own . From all the female characters I’ve seen in this series, Yoyo is probably the most independent one who takes charge of what she wants to do. When she was younger, she had a crush on Raymond Cho’s character.

There are times when she’s with Lawrence and spending lots of time helping him get back with Nancy~ I just find that a little strange, cause it seems like they have so much times on their hands..and she seems very into it.

Chung King Fai’s character [Plays Lawrence’s father] Aged 60.

Always likes to help others. Funny guy and always giggling, esp when he’s excited about something (like his son has a potential girlfriend). He is trying to make up to his son for the past (too committed to his work- previously as a real estate agent before he handed the business over to his son, and didn’t spend much time with his wife or son. Really only realised when his wife passed away. He’s now retired)

He seems to be able to wise advice and profound philosophy about life. He’s quite careful in his thoughts and the things he says to people.
Gotta say, sometimes I find him annoying though, I guess its characteristics that come with old people.

Raymond ‘s character [Fok Ming Hin- Henry] aged 35. I think I’ve mentioned in my previous posts.. every time he appears on screen I think “what an idiot XD” The way he talks, the things he says, those actions and movements that come with it..it comes all in a package. He’s quite funny~ they tend to use that close-up odd angle camera shot on his face. Nevertheless, I like his character in the series because it lightens things up. I do enjoy watching him and Yoyo interact ^^; and still hope his character turns into a nicer person (though doesn’t look it at the rate its going so far) His character is boastfully vain. He flatters a lot and praises the upper-class, criticises the lower-class. He reaches top sales in his company. We don’t really ever see his genuine side, or ever see him act more normal, but from what we learn from Yoyo, he was a good boy when he was younger…he picked up oranges for a person who dropped them. He was also a top student at their school; very smart. Years ago, he worked at [Trustworthy Property] when Lawrence’s father was still working, and he left them for another company when it appeared their company was in crisis. However, he still likes to pretend that he treats [Trustworthy Property] as his family. Let’s see if his character changes =)

Nancy’s character [Fong Sin Man –Cindy] aged 26.(wow, younger than Lawrence’s charcter by 9 years…I wonder what age did they start going out?)
Lawrence’s ex-girlfriend and currently dating him again (as of episode 10) after they broke up. She has dated many guys in a short period of time, continuously looking for love, thinking that the guys don’t correspond to her. She relied on guys so much, until Yoyo made her see she needed to be more independent. She decides to open up a cafe (even though not having any experience).
Naive almost of the time, she acts like a little girl who hasn’t grown up yet. She does things as she pleases, and previously constantly nags Lawrence (after they broke up), wanting his attention every time she broke up. She thinks love is like a fairy tale and that true love is hard to find.

Ben Hiu’s character [Yan Gor] aged 45.

The agent with 2 wives and misleads his clients thinking someone rich/famous has lived at the unit before in order to convince them to agree to rent the place.
He as been working for[Trustworthy Property] for 18years. He doesn’t treat his first wife as nice as his “2nd” wife (having an affair). Seems to find his first one annoying even though she’s doing all her duties and as housewife. Nevertheless, it appears he wants to earn money so he can look after his 2 wives. (He doesn’t seem to have much shame telling everyone, but his wife, that he has two wives..

Carlo’s character (aged 25) playing the agent [Working for Trustworthy Property] that argues with people easily and constantly gets into fights without thinking of the consequences. (I’m surprised it wasn’t him to bashed someone up lol) He likes to try new stuff ..and have a scene of distinguishing people has grudges on and those he treats with gratitude. I’d say he’s rebellious~

Natalie’s character [Choi Ying Ying-Yuki ] aged 24.

Agent at [Trustworth Property]

She is a kind-hearted, shy, good-natured girl, who often lacks self-confidence. She appears to be scared and unable to make up her own decisions. She often stumbles when talking to the customers and is afraid to speak up if something is wrong, afraid of getting into trouble.
*Tries to be happy, though cries very easily

*Likes to eat cake when she’s upset, it makes her happy ^^ This is where she meets Yoyo’s brother.

Charles’s character [Plays Yoyo’s brother]– aged 20.

(so he’s younger than Natalie’s character by 4 years? Well, I suppose it makes sense since he’s still studying and she’s working) He’s a kind hearted person who is often bullied by others. Does not appear to be able to stick up for himself. He first appears at the convenient store and was totally scared and trying to avoid a girl who kept trying to get a go at him. This is where his elder sister Yoyo comes in to help him out. He’s a “good-boy” type of character, shy, quiet, type that wouldn’t do a bad thing in his life.

~~eheh..just look at the two ~him and Natalie..both so doepy-looking ey? xD~~

He is secretly working/baking cakes at a cake store without his family knowing. He’s supposed to be studying and will be going overseas in the future to continue on in his studies.
—Halina’s character [Chow Jing Yan- Joey] -aged 26. who plays as Yoyo’s friend. They used to be workmates when Yoyo worked with her at the cosmetic store. We don’t see her character much, I usually forget she’s in the story. I wonder if this character would have another purpose in the series, or just as Yoyo’s friend..she’s quite a contrast to Yoyo’s character. While Yoyo takes in charge, and stands up for herself, Halina is rather timid; even if she is right, she won’t argue about it (clearly shown in the first episode at the shop). She’s one of those characters who want to bring about peace and not cause any trouble. She also does not like to try new things, and she worries about Yoyo for changing jobs. I think sh’s a great friend to Yoyo =) Her character is quite likeable here..well, I like her, esp her change in character from her role in [Trimming Success] which was so annoying XD

Evonne Lam [The lady (with the son)- Dr. Hong]. who Lawrence’s father met. Aged 40 She’s also a doctor, and her husband passed away when her son was still young.

Appears to be a caring person. I don’t really have much to say about her..lol Suppose she’s quite rational and independent too lol

I read from somewhere that Lawrence’s dad ends up liking some women~ I wonder if that’s her~ quite a large age difference if it is, but they get along very well.

Choi Hong Nin’s character [I refer to him as the ‘The rich guy’]. Aged 32

Rich parents, spoilt, immature, not very intelligent (doesn’t seem like he’s been educated properly- once he started saying “how do you write the word ‘two’?” ) Looks down on those less wealthy than he is, and has a poor attitude towards others. Fell in love with Nancy at first sight. He would be willing to do anything for her, except give up on her. I think he’s quite thick at times…

Additional stuff:

After watching the whole series, Yoyo never has her hair done like that in the series, but her hair is like that at the Pomotional Events for this series..maybe these pictures were taken around then? Or they changed her character’s look?
Raymond’s character doesn’t really look like that either, he’s also missing his earrings xD I was looking at the Welcome to the House character and I think (from memory) they used the same one

Funniest would probably have to be Lawrence’s picture..you see his photo in a frame in his father’s house in the last episode xD XD

Reached half the series already~ XD

*Lawrence and Nancy get back together.

*Even though it was Yoyo who was helping Lawrence be back with Nancy, when she sees the two together she feels sad because she has feelings for Lawrence too. Yoyo clarifies Lawrence’s father that there’s nothing going on between them other, but he could tell she really likes him.
*Will it be the end of the rich guy? From the way I see it, his main purpose in this series was to go after Nancy, which made Lawrence more active to go after Nancy. Now that Nancy chose Lawrence and told him, I wonder if that’s the last of him. (He is waaaaay too child-ish +_+) Another possibility is for the rich guy to take revenge and give the other real estate competitors lots of business and forcing him off. I’m pretty sure Lawrence ends up with Yoyo~ I wonder what could happen between Nancy and Lawrence? She finds out he’s not as good as she thought, since he pretended in some instances to have changed? Lawrence started liking Yoyo? Will Nancy end up with the rich guy o.0?
*The agent (the one who has two wives) and Natalie were taking a client to look at buying a unit. All seems to be going well, until the client gets a call from his wife and on the phone, the agent saw a photo of the client with his “wife” (the one who he is having an affair with) This causes the two men to fight each other and they end up going to the police station. Lawrence’s father went to help settle the issue, and he told that guy to treat it as a lesson (treasure his wife at home instead of finding others) and not to tell Lawrence about the issue.

*When Lawrence is walking back to the agency, he sees a reporter outside taking photos and finds out about the issue (the client had reported it to the reporters about the agent bashing up clients). This causes Lawrence to sack him, and it brings chaos within the firm. All of them, including Yoyo and Lawrence’s father tried to convince him to give the agent a chance. The other three agents started threatening Lawrence, saying that if he sacks that guy, the 3 will quit as well (with in mind what Raymond had told them about joining his company instead). This leaves only Lawrence and Yoyo.. Lawrence standing firmly in his position does not change his mind, giving the 3 a chance to change their mind by turning up to work at 9am if they want to stay.

* Lawrence appears to have a problem with his heart. While he was in his car, his vision started getting blurry and his heartbeat could be heard…

*Raymond does the same thing about the dream thing with Natalie. Later back at Trustworthy Property while Lawrence is telling them they need to work hard etc because of the increase in competition, all the workers are daydreaming and thinking about what Raymond had told them about the benefits of joining his company (turns out he told all of them, even though we didn’t see 2 of them).

* Nancy’s cafe opens up and the rich guy paid money to a whole bunch of mafia -looking people (all wearing black) to eat at her cafe. The more they eat, the more money they get. Lawrence, Yoyo and Nancy somehow find it very weird how there was a very long queue at the cafe. Lawrence and Yoyo think its the rich guy, trying to scheme something to force Nancy out of business, but was very questionable how the people just left after eating and didn’t cause any trouble for her. They eventually find out it was the rich guy, who tells them he is doing it for Nancy, and he further tells her how he really liked a fairytale when we was young, and she reminded him of a character he loved etc

* Back at home, Nancy tells Yoyo that she’s been out with heaps of guys before, but none that is like him. She doesn’t seem to find him ‘crazy’ or ‘silly’, but just simple minded, and she’s starting to fall for him. She also liked that fairy tale. Nancy tells Yoyo that she wants a guy who genuinely would do anything to make her happy, while Lawrence cares about money more than anything.

*The rich guy goes offers Lawrence 18 blocks land for him to sell if Lawrence promises to give up on Nancy and never see her again. You can tell that Lawrence reallllllly wanted to give up Nancy for it because of all the money he can earn from it, but Yoyo continuously tells him not to, and that she’ll never look up to him again. Lawrence eventually declines the offer, but back in the room he feels he has given up the perfect opportunity.

*Yoyo’s brother and Natalie both like each other (This is only the 2nd time we see them together in the series so far. The first time was when Natalie was eatting the cake he made at the cake shop~ where he secretly worked without letting Yoyo know. This is the second time and they appeared to have become friends). Gotta say this couple really match lol They are both very shy and dopey- sorta look alike..hahha..but yeh, they are quite cute ^^ Yoyo’s brother tells Natalie that the store will close down soon, and she introduces him to Nancy to help at the cafe. When Natalie hears that he will be going overseas to study later on she feels sad. They both leave at different directions, but bothing wondering if the other liked themselves~ wondering if the other would turn around (and what do you know? They both turn around at the same time)

*After Yoyo’s arrangement of dinner with Nancy and Lawrence at Lawrence’s place, she planned to leave and pretend her brother was sick at the hospital, leaving the two to spend time together. However, when Nancy came, Yoyo was still in the house so she hid with the dog in one of the rooms. Lawrence ends up having those eye-phones/plugs on and Yoyo tells him to say/do what she says. He acted so unnatural xD Personally I thought the speaking should be able to be heard. It can’t be that unnoticeable, the place was very quiet and Yoyo was just in one of the rooms next door. One of the funny things Yoyo said was telling him to get out of his seat, look at her and say “I want to kiss you”. ..haha..but he just couldn’t and Lawrence sat back down. They have broken up a long time ago and he just couldn’t do it. Lawrence then asks Nancy if she remembers when the last time they had dinner was. Nancy says she’s not quite sure, and thinks it was at one of their’ friend’s place. Nancy then asks, “when was it?” And turns out Lawrence doesn’t even know himself xD “Yeh, it was sometime around there. Keep thinking”
*At the end, Lawrence tells Nancy how he wants to re-start their relationship, how he didn’t understand her before, and how he realised he still couldn’t get over her since they broke up. That left the two both feeling awkward as she told him that she liked the way things were now. It doesn’t look like Nancy had considered they get back together, but Lawrence said he’ll give her time to think about it. After dinner, when she was in the taxi , she tells Lawrence she remembers when they last had dinner together. It wasn’t their friend’s place; it was when she broke up with one of her ex-boyfriends. To Lawrence, he feels this is a sign of her accepting they re-start their relationship. Happy Lawrence comes back upstairs to tell Yoyo how Nancy remembered, but finds Yoyo had fallen asleep.

*The next morning, Lawrence’s father sees Yoyo getting out of the room. The misunderstanding continues.. xD
* When Lawrence’s car stopped at the pedestrian crossing, some very rich guy crashes into Lawrence’s car twice in a row from behind. He turns out to be someone well known to be VERY rich. The driving was so lame ~ his car was slowing driving into Lawrence’s car o.0 He flashes a whole bunch of cash and gives it to Lawrence saying its for repairing the car. From the looks of Lawrence’s face- its way more than enough. Lawrence just looks so surprised. There was no need to any car-insurance, or arguments lol That guy looked so dopey, dumb looking lol It was clear money was no an issue for that guy~ he had too much to give-away.
* The rich guy come into Lawrence’s firm wanting to buy a whole block of land. The people at [Trustworthy Property] (Lawrence’s Real Estate Agency) were all very excited about this new business, as it would earn them lots of money. From analyzing the block, it seemed possible to clear the tenants to move elsewhere, except one of them. And that was Nancy’s new café she had been working on. It was very likely she wouldn’t agree. The rich guy offers to pay lots of money to buy her out, but I don’t think Lawrence wants to tell her that xD

*Later on, one of Trustworthy Property’s agent went to find the rich guy, telling him the bad news about no being able to sell the whole block of land to him (because Lawrence didn’t want to do it for Nancy). The rich guy gets really angry (I think he thinks money can buy him everything) And what do you know? That agent starts arguing back with him. He started telling him off for not knowing anything and only knows how to use money. He also makes fun of the rich guy in front of all the people at the restaurant saying “who wears such a bad combination of red and black clothes” and everyone laughs at him. When I was watching that, I was thinking “ah!! Lawrence’s company is gonna be so doomed messing which such a rich (power comes with being rich) person. But instead? In the next scene we see him very upset with his head down in the freezer with the ice-cream. I think after all, he’s just a big baby. I didn’t really feel sorry for him though. Nancy is shopping by at the store and asks him to move a bit because she wanted to buy ice cream. His glasses were all wet (I think its fogged up from the cold) and she offers him a tissue to clean it. She also cheers him up and when he looks up to her, his eyes spark up and it appears he was fallen in love with her lol After that, he kept stalking her all the way til she got home.

*Later on, Nancy calls Lawrence and Yoyo as she had found some suspicious things at her place. They looked like little coffee houses, photo frames etc with her pictures on them. There was also a DVD which they played and had some cartoons and then the rich guy (with his face blurred) talking to her lol I can’t exactly recall what he said but I thought it was so lame. It wasn’t so much as to confessing his love, but it was something to do with how he felt about her when he sees her face. Yoyo and Lawrence found the DVD very suspicious and thinks it is someone dangerous and perhaps should call the cops. Nancy, however, didn’t see it as any threat, and thought he was rather cute (with the cartoons and all) and what he did was rather sweet lol…I wonder if Nancy would actually end up liking the guy ~~ ~

*Raymond’s company has expanded his branch very close to [Trustworthy Property] to compete. Raymond meets up with Yoyo and tries to convince her that he really didn’t want to establish so close to them because it would appear that he’s trying to steal their customers when it was the CEO’s decision. Yoyo appears to believe him. He then tells her to come with him to the company~ the new business still in process of moving in. Raymond tells Yoyo that he read from a book that dreams are a reflection of the innerself. He tells her that he had a dream, that she was sitting at this very table, and chair, and telling her that half the place belonged to her, and wondered if the dream can come true xD It freaks her out and she immediately defends her position by saying she has lots to learn off Lawrence etc so declines the offer (good choice! lol ) Raymond pretends to fully understand and tells her that she is welcome to find him to help if she encounters any. Later on in the episode, he finds the other agent from [Trustworthy Property] and does/tells him the same thing he said to Yoyo. It seemed to be working on the other guy, even though he declined, he was actually thinking about it.

*At night, the CEO meets up with Lawrence. The CEO bets that he can change this ‘old town’ into something ‘new/modern’ in the future. Lawrence asks him what he thinks the weather would be tomorrow. The CEO couldn’t respond. Lawrence was trying to prove the point that he couldn’t predict something so close-to-happening, how could he possibly predict the future in many years ahead. The CEO challenges Lawrence to a bet, that within 3 months, his business would expand to about 3 more real estate branch in the town, and that [Trustworthy Property] would not exist anymore.
