[Glittering Days] Episode 29

Wow..Liza’s plan of forcing Roger to sing again actually worked, though it seemed a little weird because his image sorta change from his previous one..Kinda odd to see Roger do all sorta of different performances. has the audience merely seen passed his previous behaviour? Didn’t they all know he was someone of great talent anyway?

I thought it was interesting that Roger worked for Liza and the little performing group, but at least everyone likes him now ^^
I saw this relationship chart half way through the series, so I sorta spoilt part of the story~ namely the relationship between Sharon’s father and Roger. This gets revealed in this episode~

I don’t recall Joel using Halina though o_o?

Maybe things wouldn’t have turned out this way if Liza reported the dealings to the cops instead of directly telling Evergreen Mak~ but how would she have guessed he wanted the jewels for himself?

[Dicey Business] Episode 8

I was surprised Bosco couldn’t remember the cards when Michael asked him to demonstrate to them, but I guess he was too nervous he couldn’t remember properly. I was expecting him to get them all right, so Michael would take him in to work for his casino~

After the incident, Bosco has gone obessessed with cards, so much that Bosco wouldn’t listen to Jessica anymore. I feel sorta worried for Bosco’s character as well. She feels extremely guilty because she ended up letting Bosco stay at the Casino and taught him to gamble. Jessica’s friend is an even worse influence, taking Bosco to gamble again!

Feel bad for Bobby ~ he must of been so disappointed that Bosco went to buy packets of cards rather than stationery =x
Bobby and Jessica helped him sign up in High School, but because he constantly played cards, the principal saw it as a bad influence for the other students so did not let him stay.

Interestingly, Bosco admits he likes playing cards, bu he doesn’t gamble. You always see him interested or smiling when playing cards and I don’t think its necessarily a bad thing for him, because it helps build up his self-esteem and confidence with his other fellow peers praising him..

Jessica’s family really love her…when Bobby helps cover up for her about borrow lots of money because of gambling, Jessica’s family yell and blame Bobby, but later, one by one they come by Bobby’s place and apologise and thanking him for covering up for Jessica. They actually all knew it was her who had borrowed all the money and offered to help repay the loads~ it must of left Jessica touched and guilty at the same time. It really does appear that Jessica will quit gambling after this..I wonder if it will happen.

[Glittering Days] Episode 28

Hm..there’s 2 more episodes left and I have a feeling its not gonna be have satisfying conclusion. This episode seems so disjointed from the other episodes..Joel doesn’t appear in the episode and it doesn’t seem Joel’s action has any impact on Charmaine or her previous knowledge about Roger already having a girlfriend.

I really don’t understand Roger’s character anymore…Charmaine does all these things for him yet he’s pushing her away. I thought Roger really wanted Charmaine to believe him etc. I thought Roger wants his the bad image to clear away, annd Charmaine has given him a really good opportunity, why did he go humilate himself ? ? Isn’t all that important to him anymore? Is able to live under Ling-Jie good enough?

Roger looked so bad dressed up as a women, its too embarrassing to watch >< *sigh* I didn't enjoy this episode very much..and have a feeling the ending may be rushed. Liza doesn't seem to do anything about her relationship with Roger~ *shrugs*

[Dicey Business] Episode 7

Funny how Bobby ended up getting Bosco to wear the same clothes as him lol I wonder if discounts were the real reason or did he just want to wear matching clothes with his little brother to see their parents…ehehe, and Bosco also comments that he doesn’t like the shirt; thinks its ugly.Bobby also commented that Bosco has been wearing the clothes Michael bought him for days and hasn’t washed it~ I guess Bosco really likes that shirt (I think it looks good on him too ^^)

Kinda funny how Bosco also tells Jessica that he wants to stay ‘here’ (at Michael’s office) and she tells him that she wants to too because its worth heaps XD even though you know that wasn’t the reason why Bosco wanted to stay there~

I don’t blame Bosco for thinking Bobby is gay lol esp how Benz and Bobby interact with each other; how they call each other “Honey” and “Baby” > _<;; Benz acts so girlie and gay it gives me the shivers lol (including in previous episodes with his interaction with Michael) What's with these Casinos? If you start winning money~ they start suspecting and it doesn't seem like they treat them really nice either, before they even have proof~

[Glittering Days] Episode 27

As expected, Roger is saved by Ling-Jie (the really kind yet powerful women) yay! ^^ Everyone knows he’s Ling Fung now.. thank goodness she’s there, or wouldn’t know what might happen to him~ being forced to sing and then threatened with a gun~ probably humilate him to death. At least Roger doesn’t have to feel that bad anymore when he found out those who he was living with him had been worse off (i.e been to jail) and because of the help from Ling-Jie, they were all able to live a better life starting over. That lady also seems to know Liza~ I guess its because they both sing?
Really annoyed by Charmaine’s character..how could she believe Joel over Roger? ? She’s too naive and easily tricked…weird though, the next scene when we see Charmaine, she tells her father that Roger said he didn’t want to see her again (but he didn’t say that…erm..?)

Charmaine’s father~ up to this point still has not learnt his lesson. He had always brought trouble for the family~ and keeps getting his money tricked (other people’s money for the matter of fact) Annoying character..

[Glittering Days] Episode 26

*Geez..Liza’s character is so self centred and insensitive by yelling at Charmaine like that for not asking where Roger lived etc, after she said Roger already had a girlfriend. As if Charmaine didn’t want to know; as if she didn’t try very hard to find him, as if Charmaine didn’t care… Roger wouldn’t say anyway..all Liza cares about is herself.

*When that lady kept having stomache throughout the series, I had a feeling it would have been a serious problem. Sad news..since she was the kind one of the Three Golden Flowers who would mediate between the other two. She only has less than half a year left..
*What the the world? That girl actually died in hospital (Joel’s so-called girlfriend)? ? What a shame..I was looking forward to her waking up so all the fake illusion that Joel has created would be broken =( What a waste of a good opportunity =\

[Dicey Business] Episode 6

I thought it started out pretty cute and funny with Jessica and Bobby preparing Bosco for an interview.

He really has a talent with cards, esp with memorsing and knowing which cards is which. Bosco doesn’t usually like to speak but he does when he knows one of the cards is missing ~

Bobby finds out that Bosco is actually his little brother after yelling at him so much he ran away=( I was quite excited when he found the cards!! At least he didn’t find the cards ages later into the series, but then its probably too late. I wonder if Bosco actually knows that Bobby is his brother, or that his brother has given him the cards, but just denying it? Either way, Bobby really wants to make up to his brother for everything he put him through..I don’t know if Bobby will tell him; he’s probably ashamed, but at least he found him . .

Michael’s charcter is so coool xD XD Just speaking to Bosco a few words without yelling etc got him to listen and gained his respect ^^ I love Bosco’s hair cut xD XD He looks so cuuute ^^ and really cool when he’s dressed up ^^ Sorta funny that Bosco actually let Michael take him to have a hair cut, and get clothes rather than acting like he doesn’t want to listen etc. Within the short little time Bosco was with Michael, seems like Bosco learnt a lot from him already ^^
Bosco was even able to play the card game Michael was playing with which he didn’t get it right the first time. He actually looked really happy when he was playing with Michael’s set of cards =3 Seems like there’s hope in his life XD I look forward to seeing more of the 2 interact! ^^

I also wanna see more of Jessica and Michael together, I think they would make a really good couple XD I thought it was so funny when Michael said that he’s not afraid of being bored, he’s scared being noisy. XD lol
