Linda telling Yoyo about Raymond defending the ‘other’ girl

Linda and Raymond break up and its pretty certain that Linda will never go back with Raymond…She finds out that Yoyo was actually the girl who Raymond had been seeing the whole time and she can never accept that fact… Yoyo deliberately let Linda see the email which was left open on her laptop (being the selfish one who wanted to see what would happen if Linda did find out)… At first I thought Yoyo didn’t want Linda to find out when she realised Linda was going to her place (and that she would see the email); she was running to stop her . I couldn’t tell if she didn’t want Linda to find out because it would hurt her, or more about protecting herself (not wanting to let Linda know what kind of person she was and how she betrayed her).

But when Yoyo stopped, I hated her…I found her so selfish!! She tried to makes it sound like she was doing it to stop the pain in Linda and let her know the truth. But to me, I felt that she truly wanted to see whether Linda would leave Raymond so she could be with him, rather than for the two to get over the truth and to move on. Somehow it fits Yoyo’s character’s personality to do that..

Linda sends an sms to Raymond saying its over. Raymond blames Moses for going between them and Linda defends him, telling Raymond that she found out the truth.
In a way, I wanted to know as well (and hopefully understand why Raymond didnt want to her tell before)…Its so sad that it happened after Linda was very touched after reading Raymond’s diary “Days without Seung Joi Sum”..Maybe she could have forgiven him, and let the past behind her…

Yoyo doesn’t end up marrying ‘David’, but she puts on an act to make others think she’s going to get married overseas because she just doesn’t want to go in between Raymond and Linda anymore..she doesn’t know how to face Linda, and I hope that she won’t come back at all.
On the other hand, Chris finds out from an voice mail that his mother was actually seeing another man ‘Henry’ (Linda’s brother). They ended up taking advantage of him; doing an act to make it seem like he was always there for her and that she actually really wanted the title. Chris being the naive one falls for their scheme and he ends up persuading Ha Yu to have a secret wedding!! This is so tragic.. Susanna’s plan succeeds and the two are married without Moses or the others knowing!! They are so clueless..HaYu being more clueless..thinking that marrying Susanna in secret (while going on their ‘holiday’ overseas) would keep Susanna happy, and the family (because they wouldn’t know). Doesn’t he understand?? Doesn’t he remember anything that Lee See Kei had told him before she died?? So annoying!

Chris did so many wrong things..if he didn’t lie in the first place, Susanna wouldn’t even be back in the house ..but can you really blame him?
By the end of this episode, I feel sort of calm…I guess it makes me feel that time has slowly passed (about 2 years in the series) since Linda and Raymond have broken up..each of them living their own life, while thinking about each other. Things are not as tense between them anymore and Linda admits that she doesn’t feel as angry at him anymore, hoping he can let go of their past so he won’t suffer anymore…they seem to be ordinary friends again but I’m glad Linda doesn’t hate him anymore..After Linda graduated, d knowing that Linda couldn’t find a master to follow, Raymond helps her talk the one of the best to accept her without her knowing =) I wish she knew the things he was doing for her from behind..

Raymond doesn’t hate Moses anymore and appears to really lookup to him; someone who is able to give unconditional love (to love) without expecting anything for return. I think Raymond wants to be like him..protecting and looking over Linda from afar..*awww…*

Linda gets back with Raymond after that scene in the last episode ^^ Both of them have seemed to change after the whole incident and you can tell that Raymond really values their relationship..he realises what’s important in his life and even in the court cases, he wants her to watch him and be by his side =3 However, their relationship doesn’t seem have gone stronger (unlike what I felt after Bosco and Tavia got back together). It feels so fragile and a barrier still seems to be there because of what had happened. Linda is feeling confused whether she still loves Raymond like she used to, or whether she’s with him only because she feels sorry for him. She doesn’t know whether going back with Raymond was the right or wrong decision. There’s still a scar in her heart and every time she sees Raymond get a phone call, sms, or check his email, she feels insecure and suspicious of him that he is still keeping in contact with the other girl. She doesn’t seem to be as happy with him…

In another scene when Linda was with Raymond, they see ‘Duk Duk Dei’ on his date with ‘Cherry’ and Linda feels jealous. Doesn’t that just prove that Linda has feelings for him..?

I think that ‘Cherry’ girl looks quite pretty~~ wonder who the actress is. She seems to really like Duk Duk Dei, but knows his heart is with Linda and the two become ordinary friends again before she leaves to Canada..I didn’t think they would actually have that scene (didn’t think we would know what she would look like either). Sorta cute how she asked if he could kiss her~ and he does~

At the end, Linda sees Raymond reading an email (from Yoyo), and he instantly turned it off when she saw him from a far, causing another argument to break out! Linda demands Raymond to tell her who that girl is but Raymond wouldn’t because it was a promise he made to the other girl. This made Linda think that Raymond still cared about the other girl and was still protecting her. Raymond tells her to trust him because he didn’t do anything wrong this time but Linda couldn’t… He tells her that he could have easily lied to her, saying any random girl but he doesn’t want to tell her anymore lies… I mean..how can he possibly tell her?? He wants to protect their relationship and protect Linda!~~ Poor Raymond! Linda was so disappointed that they were about to break up (and if they did, there’s no turning back) but Raymond still didn’t tell her who she was…she told him that if he wouldn’t tell her; she wouldn’t go back to him =( I want him to tell Linda because its not worth protecting Yoyo to give up his relationship with Linda; yet I don’t want him to tell her because that is going to crush her…even if he did tell her it was Yoyo..I don’t know if she can ever forgive him anyway…

Why does Yoyo still have to keep sticking to him?? Why does she have to keep sending him emails and messages? It seems to me that she’s trying to make more opportunities for Linda to find out or something. She sends Raymond an email about marrying another man ‘David’ after he proposed to her; yet she’s crying in front of her computer..feels like she’s still trying to get between the two~
On the other hand, Susanna is playing along to be a ‘good person’ and the family members all get along with her; even Fala attaches to her…’Dai Bao’ isn’t feeling quite right and feels there’s something wrong with his health even though they couldn’t find anything after having a body check. Nevertheless, he plans to write his will/create a trust account in case something does happen to him. Upon hearing this, Susanna and ‘Henry’ deliberately makes Ha Yu think that Uncle Bor was planning to ally with the people who he owes money to, to capture HaYu for his money! The argument breaks out and Uncle Bor gets kicked out of the house. I’m not quite sure what made them come to that logic..how would that affect Ha Yu’s decision to give Susanna more money? I wished Uncle Bor knew that Susanna is only using him, but she’s the only one who he trusts.

At the end, Ha Yu does split the money quite ‘fairly’…and I’m happy that he made the trust so that money can be taken out only in times or emergencies or real need and this was determined by both the agreement of Moses and Michelle..

We start to see Raymond’s diary ‘Days without Seung Joi Sum’ and as each day goes by..both Linda and Raymond have been so down and miserable! .. its so sad…

I really hate Yoyo’s character~! Its all her fault! And seems like she actually wants Raymond to be with her rather than to make up with Linda. He really shouldn’t even meet up with her as a friend… Yoyo has found another boyfriend…its good that she’s with someone else now but it annoys me so much that she can move on as if nothing has happened, while Raymond is facing the consequences..and can’t get back with Linda. All he could do was to watch her from a far because he was scared that if he went to see her, he would make her cry again..

Moses has started dating (from an arranged one) and agrees to give the ‘Cherry’ girl a go, and gets Linda to take him shopping. ..but you can tell Moses only loves Linda…perhaps this was a way to show Linda that he has tried to move on and give a new relationship a chance? Or since his family have insisted? Linda appears to have feeling towards Moses..could it be more than friend? Or merely just the feeling when your best friend has found someone else special to them that makes her feel a bit lonely? When Moses went to find Linda after the Cherry girl had to go off on the night they planned to look at the stars, Linda seems really happy to see him. The two ended up going together and Moses learned to play another song on the saxophone…I think he truly learned to play that song for her, rather than Cherry.. I saw sparks lol They wish upon the shooting stars together~ ^^ Moses’ wish was that he hopes Linda will always have happiness ^^ *awww…*

On their way back home, Linda asked Moses if he made anymore wishes, and he said he didn’t, because he was scared that if he was being to greedy, the wishes won’t come true..One important wish was enough <3
On the other hand…Alfred’s mum dies..T_____T So tragic!! So sad!! Poor thing!! He loses his father..Linda left him..and now his mother has gone too ..he’s got no one left..!I really feel sorry for him..when he went to find Linda, he even had to tell her that he didn’t want to ‘bother’ her, but he didn’t know who he could go to… I’m soo glad he didn’t go to find Yoyo *relieved* Linda tells Raymond that she won’t leave him T_T So touching and sweet!

Last few updates I’ve made include screencaptures for Heart of Greed Episode 28 and 29, 3 new Winamp Skins (featuring from Heart of Greed and A Change of Destiny) I hope to make some more in the break ~ but that won’t be until the end of June~ I’ve also updated the [Downloads and Goodies] page..and put up “In Love with Drama” Album! Was disappointed Face to Fate Theme/Sub Theme weren’t there.. I didn’t really like the Liza Wang or Bernice Liu one though..and was hoping the Seventh Day would be a duet ^^; Even though I’ve heard it so many times, I’m still in love with Heart of Greed themesong and sub themesong! I love HEART OF GREED!! <3 The Dicey Business Sub Full Version sounds really nice too!I've also added in a Frequently asked Question Section on that page.. Some of the questions are asked way too frequent..and even then, people have still been asking me those question +__+ I'm not sure how else I can get people to read them before asking me. My exams are coming up real soon so I won't be able to update as much for the next 3 weeks or so. ..and it happens that my first exam lands on the same day as the Final Episode of Heart of Greed and The family Link! (15th June) Ahh!! Bound to be lots to think about!
Since its into the new month of June, I decided to check out the TVBJ Australia Schedule to see what were the next to new series to air (even though I probably won’t be watching them since it runs through my exam). At the 7:10pm slot (after The Family Link) is 緣來自有機 The Green Grass of Home. (18th June) I paused and felt lost for a bit; it didn’t sound familiar at all! I don’t think it was on the 2007 Highlights for the first issue either… Looking it up on the Chinese Wikipedia, it was a 20 episode series, starring Sunny Chan, Christine Ng, Yuen Wah, Lai Lok Yi, Natalie Tong..but there weren’t any promotional image for it yet…would this be a warehoused series? On the 8:30pm slot after Heart of Greed is 學警出更 On the First Beat . I’m not really looking forward to those series~ I’m happy with my daily dosage of Heart of Greed haha..

Hang in there Dak Dak Dei! Now that Michelle is gone off for a business trip, Moses is pretty much the only one to stand up against ‘Dai Bao’ (Ha Yu) and he’s proposed wedding with Susanna…so sad that none of the other children are willing to stand up with him. Such a close shot!! Moses and Ha Yu’s argument went quite big… the first time when Moses threatened to leave the house if he proceeded, and Ha Yu stepped back and let him have his way because he didn’t want to lose him..but then in the next time, he really didn’t care about Moses anymore T_T Susanna almost ended up successfully getting rid of Moses out of the house..I can’t believe Ha Yu said that!! So glad that Lok Yi stood out and told the truth, that Lee See Kei said “Just friends” before she dies…I guess it wasn’t a life changing secret as I thought before, but I’m glad he did..or else it would have been too late..!

Evil deceptive lady…using everyone around her..Uncle Bor, and Tavia’s money-hungry family to help convince. While pretending to compromise and marry after 3 years, she pretends to be pregnant to get Ha Yu to marry her sooner! All these were taught by the good-for-nothing Linda’s brother who Susanna is having an affair with ! Argh!!!

“Seung Joi Sum, up until today, we’ve dated for just about one and a half years. Even though one and a half is really short, but in my life it has left me the deepest impression. I will never forget the one and half years I’ve spent with you. I’m not asking for your forgiveness because I know I don’t have the right to. I just want to be honest with you. I know that being honest can’t make up for the hurt I’ve caused you but this is the only thing I can do.

Seung Joi Sum, do you remember the time we played beach volleyball, how you made me the crab for midnight snack and being with me tackling challenges. Every moment were really sweet. But I don’t know why, we’d always argue. Every time after we argued, I’d go back home, thinking back to your crying face and I’d say to myself “Alfred, why did you throw such a tantrum? Why can’t you let her have her way? Why can’t you care about her feelings?‘ But I don’t know why, the next time I’d see you, I’d do the same and we’d argue all over. Maybe I wanted you to understand me more. I really wanted to persuade you.

Do you still remember the time I lost in Court? I told you not to come and see me when I was in court, but at the end , you did and it made me really upset. At this time, I met another girl. Her personality is really different to yours. She never argued with me. She also didn’t mind that I had a girlfriend. When I’m with her, I don’t feel any pressure. I really enjoy this feeling, it feels really thrilling. I know I was playing with fire, but I didn’t want to give up on this feeling. People must experience it for themselves, before they how they really feel in the inside. That day, you suddenly took out the evidence/bill. I was really scared… I realised my hands couldn’t stop trembling. I’m scared I’d let you see, so I put my hands into my pocket. At that moment, I realised I was actually really scared of losing you, losing ‘Seung Joi Sum’. This would be my biggest regret in my life…and I can never make up for the injury I’ve caused.

Seung Joi Sum, I know that this had made you shed lots of tears. I really hate myself for always making you cry. Other than being honest, if there’s anything else that can do ..no matter what is it, I’m willing to do it.”

This was my translation of the email Raymond sent to Linda, please correct me if I didn’t use the right words ^^; Wasn’t 100% sure, but the rough idea is there. After seeing this part, I really want Linda to forgive him….=( He really means it~~~ give him one more chance ~~!

Linda suspects Raymond and starts to gather evidence. Raymond and Linda haven’t been spending much time together for so long and Linda notices Raymond’s credit bills.. seeing that Raymond sent more than 30 sms in one day, but she only received 3 of them..she also finds a receipt for spending about $1000 at an Italian restaurant on the night Raymond was supposed to be discussing business with Ted. He even flew to Taiwan and met up with Yoyo…Linda couldn’t help but break out emotionally, confronting him for the truth. She asks him whether he is seeing someone else and Raymond continues to lie and deny the fact, coming up with fake excuses. Raymond looks so scared!! =S

Yoyo goes to find Raymond and the two decide to break up before Linda finds out and Yoyo hopes that Linda would never find out she was that girl..Later Linda goes up to Raymond’s house who is with Yoyo at the time, and when Linda was about to come in, Yoyo holds on the lock on the inside… Raymond realises there’s no other choice but to tell Linda about his affair..Linda still doesn’t know it’s Yoyo..I really feel sorry for Linda..she kept trying to come up with excuses for Raymond and even hoped that Raymond’s excuses were real..she wanted to give him the chance to explain himself..she must of been so disappointed and devastated finding out the moment he said he wasn’t seeing anyone, but the next moment, she was actually at his home T_T

Later Raymond sends Linda an email, making Linda really moved..but I had a feeling it would be really hard for Linda to forgive him..even though she still loves him..she’s deeply hurt..probably worse if she finds out that it was Yoyo who came between their relationship.. (hope to see that soon XD). Out of all this, I still feel sorry for Raymond though..I really wish Lida would forgive him..just once more.. On the other hand, Susanna ends up convincing HaYu to let her back in the house and even plans to marry her again…for his money. He is so annoying and I hate it how he won’t listen to his children! I hated the part where she tried to move back and she had the whole hyped up fake act on again~~!! She did end up staying because of Ha Yu….aiyah..

Personally I’m not that attached to this song..when I first heard it in the series I think I’ve heard of it somewhere else before. Something about it..not sure what it was. Its slowly growing on me though~ ^^;
