Warning: Ending Spoiler!! [All my posts contain spoilers, but this is the ending, so an extra warning message ^__^]

The episode was evenly paced- wasn’t too fast and rushed, wasn’t too slow and draggy so it was good~It had a happy ending, with all the bad guys getting what the deserve ^^ Joel doesn’t die, but falls off a cliff and when he wakes up, he redeems himself so that’s pretty good too =) Charmaine also finds out that her fan who has always been writing letters to her is Roger! (after some misunderstanding that it wasn’t actually him) . Carol (Sharon) and James (Lok Yi) end up together ^^ Dissatisfaction I can think of at the moment is that the truth does not come out for Roger for being the one who did not play with the lady, tricking the lady’s money which caused her to commit-suicide.

I also thought that Ling-Jie and Liza were gonna have more interaction with each other (but that’s not really essential I suppose).

The key to Roger finding out that Liza is his mother is from ‘Ah-Wong’ who gives him things they have found that belong to him when he was with his real parents. Inside the box, there was a locket with a photo of him as a boy and Liza together.
I liked how they played the song Roger sings for his mother twice. First after Roger finds out that Liza is his mother and sings for her when she is locked up in jail; the other being on stage for the tv program. Finally, after 30 episodes Roger and Liza can reunite lol
At the end, Charmaine’s dream comes true: being able to sing on stage with Roger ^^ This time, it was in Cantonese~

This series was alright, but did they really need 30 episodes to have son reunite with mother and Charmaine and Roger to get together? o.o

The ending was nice but very predictable. If they wanted to go for the ‘perfect ending’ type, they should have made EVERYTHING revealed.. like how Joel made the lady in hospital die and all.

What made me mad about Roger’s character was that he kept pushing Charmaine away unreasonably..oh wells.

I would rate this series 7/10 max.

I saw this already and I pretty like it just to people who are reading this that well the tunes in it are so old that people started listening to it since my mother was in school there is a little copy cat sort of thing in though the guy named Wong is from two shows that TVB has made which Roger starred in it since I have saw so many shows I think this one is pretty good I would rate it 9 out of 10
